Absolutely filthy, bathrooms are covered in mould. Staff are rarely available. Our entire kitchenette was connected to one extension cord- which had another extension cord plughed into it that was connected to the lights and TV. Complete firehazard.

The place itself was ideal. Very clean and proper facilities. My main issue was the boiler was broken and unable to shower.

Standort der Unterkunft war plötzlich anders als auf ebookers, Unterkunft hatte keine Rezeption, erst nach einem Anruf tauchte jemand mit ca. 50 Schlüsseln auf. In der Nacht als wir ins Appartment kamen waren diverse neue Sachen drin (Kinderwagen, fremde Wäsche,...), verunsichert extrem. Das Appartment war offen gegen oben und ab ca. 08.00 Uhr laute Musik. Der Aufenthalt war eine Katastrophe!!

Unacceptable and Unhygienic
Positives - The staff were very nice and the beds were okay. Negatives - Dirty cutlery(knives, fork and spoons full of limescale) The toaster was so dirty I wouldn’t put any sort of bread in it. It was terrible. The water in tue bathroom was freezing and I had it on the hottest setting. The noise outside the room was loud and could here every bit of movement When I booked the picture was different and showed a different room Probably the worst place I’ve stayed unfortunately The owners seemed like friendly people but something has to be done because what me and my friend stayed in was unacceptable and unhygienic If you have the money definitely book somewhere different and if your planning on coming just either spend a little bit more money or stay somewhere different

La responsable du logement a refusé de nous accueillir. Nos avions prévenu de notre heure d’arrivée tardive. Et celle ci a jugé bon de nous laisser dehors et bloquer notre numéro de téléphone. Je ne recommande pas du tout! ESCROC INCONSCIENT!!!

You arrieved 03:00 in the night.You reservacion has check in time from 15:00 to 22:00.You didnt call host to arrange late check in. Others Who did got it done but you didnt so i dont expext you at 3 in the night but 15:00 to 22:]] which you paid for and thats included in your stay.

I do not recommend this place!
I do not recommend this place! I was accommodated at a different address. They did not even ask me if I agreed. The room has a bed, a TV and a wardrobe. There was no cleaning of the room and the bed linen for a stay of 6 nights. It is worse than a student dormitory. Only that I was allowed to check out the room a few hours later at 2:30pm

Noisy to sleep comfortably
Could not get in touch by texts and no reply after I texted. Had to pay for an international calls to get into the apartment. Noisy all hours of the night until early morning with doors slamming. Only 1 towel to shower with for 2 people! Asked for a 2nd towel and never got it or a reply back!

Noise all night into the early hours.
Noise all night and into the early hours with people banging doors very loud! The contact person was difficult to get in touch with by text on WhatsApp! She said she would give me a code to call her on What'sApp, but she never provided it after I arrived. I had to call her and it cost me a lot of money to make an international call!

cuando llegamos no encontraban nuestra reserva estuvimos un buen rato esperando hasta que nos dieron la habitación. olor muy fuerte en el edificio a comida, el edificio no tiene pinta de hotel parece una casa cualquiera que la han adaptado para el turismo. la calle es estrecha y oscura no recomendado para viajeros solos. la verdad si pudiese elegir no vendría a este sitio

Eine bodenlose Frechheit so ein Zimmer zu vermieten. Kein Fenster (ohne das irgendwo in der Anzeige mal anzumerken), extrem hellhörig und dementsprechend laut, dreckiges Geschirr, dreckiges Bad, in dem es nicht einmal sauberes Klopapier gab. Würde jedem herzlichst davon abraten, die Unterkunft zu mieten.

I’m not going to offend the owner or anything like that. First of all Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Place wasn’t clean( even dishes were sticky and dirty) Absolutely don’t recommend this place. I’m very disappointed of this place. No kettle in the room, hot water just for one person ( which is very poor for sharing bathroom with someone else) No one takes trash for one week, no brush to clean up the floor, no duvet( just simple blankets) Everything old and to be honest I was kind of scared to sleep in this bedsheets… Also I was very disappointed and angry when the owner came to my room when I wasn’t in any took hair dryer without telling me about that. That’s really pissed me off. If you planning to visit Gran Canaria like I do every year 2-3 times just save up a little bit more money for better place to stay.

Its was cleen and good value. Nice big room for price payed. Staff friendly but not so good English. Had a small issue with the wifi but was resolved. The wifi was poor it would cut out.

Not what I was expecting. The picture doesn't match and the double bed was two twin beds together. Not a welcoming service, a bit messy. The locks didmt work well.

Clean and adequate for a short stay
I was only staying for one night, on entrance I noticed that the fan was completely covered in dust and fluff. I had to open it and clean it. The room was clean and I was lucky to have the whole room to myself, also was glad to see a towel supplied. During my stay, there was only one more guest so it was very quiet. The room is in a residential area so expect the usual noise of people going about their business. This was fine. Also the room was at a top of two flight of stairs and no lift, something to bear in mind if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Overall it was good for a one night stay

Bilden på hotellet överensstämde inte med rummet vi fick. När vi anlände var rummet "redan uthyrt' Troligtvis används det bara som en lockbild. Dock var vi glada att få tak över huvudet, då vi var strandade i sanstormen på Gran Canaria. Tjejen som mötte upp oss och visade oss till ett annat rum var dock väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående. Man går vad man betalar för. Vi bodde bara 1 natt.

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT -INSALUBRE !!!
Il est honteux de proposer à la location un lieu sans fenêtre, sans éclairage naturel, et ne faisant 9 mètres carrés !!! De plus aucun contact sur sur place. Heureusement qu’une voisine serviable a réussi à contacter la personne qui devait apporter les clés et qui n’est pas précisée dans l’annonce. La salle de bain partagée apparemment propre mais qui abritait des blattes. HÔTEL.COM est responsable de cette situation en validant de tels biens sur son site. Nous n’avons pu y dormir et avons préféré retourner dormir sur les banquettes de l’aéroport !!! Cette situation est scandaleuse.

Bei der ersten Übernachtung konnte nur ein Zimmer bezogen werden da das zweite noch belegt war.An schlafen ist kaum zu denken da die Fenster der Zimmer zum Treppenhaus liegen und sobald jemand in der Nacht das Treppenhauslicht betähtigt es Tag Hell in den Räumen ist.Des weiteren befand sich eine Schabe in meinem Bett,es stinkt nach Bratenfett und Knoblauch weil eine Gemeinschaftsküche sich unterhalb des Treppenhauses befindet und alle Essens Gerüche in die Schlafräume dringen.Ich kann nur jedem Raten sich das Geld zu sparen da schläft man besser am Strand in einem Schlafsack.
