Mukava perhelomaviikko tutussa hotellssa. Sääkin oli todella upea, joka kruunasi koko loman.

Hiljainen hotelli
Todella hiljainen ja rauhallinen paikka. Hotelli on todella korkealla , mutta taksi keskustaan maksaa alle 4 euroa, joten voi hyvin kulkea taksilla. Noin 500 metriä hotellista on kauppakeskus josta löytyy monta ruokapaikkaa, joten keskustaan ei tarvitse mennä jos ei halua. Ihanaa kun näkee meren parvekkeelta. Toinen altaista oli lämmitetty , toinen jääkylmä.

Rauhallista perhelomailua Puerto Ricossa.
erittäin hyvä näkymä, ystävällinen henkilökunta, mukava allasalue, tilavat huoneet. rauhallista, vaikka Puerto Ricon alueella muuten on paljon ihmisiä. Alueella voisi olla enemmän rauhallisia ravintoloita. Pitkä kävely alas rantaan, mutta kuntoilun kannalta ei huono asia. Takseja sai hyvin ylämäkeen tullessa eikä maksanut paljon.

Kokemuksia hotellista
Huoneet ja parveke olivat riittävän tilavat. Lämmitetty allas oli hyvä. Ulkotila auringon ottoon oli sopiva lepotuoleineen. Olohuone-keittiössä mikrouunin käyttö tuotti vaikeuksia, sen käyttöohjetta ei ollut eikä uunin toiminta muutenkaan vaikuttanut loogiselta. Jos kahvipannun otti liian aikaisin pois,kahvia tippui alustalle, vaikka jousiventtiilin pitäisi sulkea suodatin. Siivoojien käynneille pitäisi olla jokin etukäteinen aikataulu, jotta ruokailun voisi järjestää eri aikaan.

Mycket bättre än förväntat, vi har tidigare bott på hotell i området med tre och fyra stjärnor men när vi åkte den gång så var det inte så mycket att välja på. Oerhört trevlig personal, rent, snyggt och alla bekvämligheter som man önskar. Juan i poolbaren lagade mat och pysslade om oss till en helt Ok meny, både till urval och pris. Det är klart, en AC hade säkert varit bra en annan tid på året men i Mars var det absolut inget vi saknade. Man måste tänka på att det är två stjärnor. Men terrassen på rummen är fantastisk, vi hade grym utsikt från vårat fina 508.

We were pleasantly surprised with Balcon del mar, really clean,spacious, everything you need for self catering.pool bar was lovely, shop for basics on site. Laundry services.heated and non heated pool. Staff were lovely. Max 10 min walk to Europa centre .Taxi ride down to the commercial centre, depending on route down 7-11 euro,Very high up on the Amadores side of peurto rico.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. A bit far out of town and no public transport. Sometimes hard to get a taxi. Close to the small Europe Market with shops & reasonable restaurants.

Fint opphold på et hotell med få gjester når vi var der. Det var egentlig veldig deilig. Ett oppvarmet basseng som var deilig å bruke, de andre var litt kaldere, men ikke noe problem. Veldig god mat i pool-baren, han som jobbet der var utrolig flink til å holde det rent og pent i tillegg. Iskald øl gjorde sitt til at humøret hele tiden var på topp. Litt dårlig at man må betale ekstra for internett (og relativt dyrt) og at det da kun er tilgang på to enheter. Butikk med begrenset utvalg, men kort vei til Europa-senteret med butikker, barer, restauranter og flotte lekemuligheter for de små. Alt i alt et flott opphold.

Very clean receptionist very helpful on arrival WiFi ok but €24 a week safe the same but very awkward as safe boxes are located in a bank system in the reception safes should be available in your room not in reception, overall hotel very clean pool bar food ok and not over priced good location for getting about plenty of lifts , do not feed the cats Scandinavia guests feeding the feral cats causing around 20. Cats meowing all night for food big problem at moment in gran canaria ,small supermarket shop by reception ideal for basics , would definitely stay here again but would like a bit of uk tv for news etc all 4 channels spanish ,

sehr guter Service, tägliche Reinigung, was bei Apartmenthotels nicht unbedingt üblich ist. Großes Apartment mit 3 Zimmern. Schöne große Terrasse mit Blick über den Barranco bis zum Meer, bei guter Sicht bis zur Nachbarinsel. Netter Empfang. Kleiner Mini-Markt mit dem Nötigsten (etwas teurer als im Supermarkt). 2 Pools. Sehr ruhig.

Highly recommend these excellent value apartments
Great large spotlessly clean 2 bedroom apartment at a very reasonable price. Whilst the location is right at the top of the resort it’s a virtually flat 5 minutes walk to the Europa Center with supermarkets, bars and restaurants and a 15 minute downhill walk to the beautiful Amadores beach. Taxis are cheap and plentiful. I would definitely choose these again.

The only problem we had was a very hard mattress on bed in 2nd bedroom. Mentioned it to the reception and it was changed within half an hour. Excellent service and nothing seems to be a problem.

Spacious apartments
Another nice stay at the Balcon although it wasn't as friendly as the last time. The apartment was cleaned most days although sheets aren't changed unless you stay more than a week. We had issues with our door not locking, turns out the batteries in the door system ran out which meant our apartment was left unlocked unknown to us. Was fixed quickly although failed a second time meaning we couldn't get in. Asked for a late check out but was told we'd have to pay €25 even though there was no-one else checking in or out that day. They could have been a little more understanding here considering the issues we had. Pool area was really quiet but we took advantage of happy hour at 3.30 each day - 2 beers for the price of 1 and nice icy cold glasses. Would go back again, but think the place could do with a wee spruce up. Also, no air con which wasn't as bad in April as it was in October.

On top of the hill, Only a 5 minute walk if that to the Europa centre with bars, shops, restraunts etc. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, plenty of room, beds comfortable. Bathroom a good size. Big balcony. Kitchen ok for making light meals and snacks. Tv was available for no extra charge. No aircon in our apartment but it wasn't needed at this time of year. Cleanliness was good. 2 pools with one heated, 2 splash pools & pool bar. Lovely views. We as a family absolutely loved these apartments, no loud music, no lager louts! Just a lovely chilled week in the sun. Mainly Scandinavian guests, couples and families. Would definitely return.

Tyckte hotellet var mycket prisvärt . Renligt och det var bra standard på köksredskap. Lite nivåskillnad på hotellet men det fanns hiss. Läget är högt 174 meter över havet . Lite tufft att gå och vandra i omgivningen

Flot og lækker lejlighed. Alt i udstyr. Gode senge. Men ingen sol, hvilket gjorde lejligheden kold og klam/fugtig. Håndklæderne kunne ikke tørres og sengene føltes fugtige om aftenen.
