Vierailemisen arvoinen rauhallinen lomapaikka
Hotelli on remontoitu täydellisesti 2014 ja on todella siisti ja visuaalisesti kaunis: aulojen, ravintolan, käytävien ja huoneiden ulkonäköön on panostettu hillityllä mutta värikkäällä tyylikkyydellä. Yleisesti ottaen henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja asiakaspalvelun työntekijät osaavat sekä englantia että saksaa hyvin. Aamiais- ja illallisbuffetit ovat runsaita ja ruoka on tehty hyvistä ja tuoreista tarpeista, ja tarjoilijat ja kokit ovat ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Sen sijaan allasbaarin tarjoamat snackit ovat ylihintaisia ja ala-arvoisia laadultaan ja maultaan, ja sen henkilökunta epäkohteliasta ja töykeää. Hotellin puutarha on suuri , kaunis ja hyvinhoidettu, ja aurinkotuoleja on riittävästi, vaikka hotelli onkin suuri. Tuolin voi varata käyttöönsä koko ajaksi sisäänkirjautuessa saatavalla lomakkeella. Hotelli sijaitsee aivan rannalla: puutarhaportista pääsee keskikokoiselle hiekkarannalle ylittämällä jalkakäytävän levyisen kävelytien.

Gebucht: Suite mit Meerblick All-Inclusive. Suiten sind Bungalows (2 Suiten je Bungalow) am Ende Hotelanlage. Ausstattung gut, separater Schrankraum. Großzügiges Bad mit riesiger Dusche, WC Bidet. Terrasse mit Whirlpool, 2 Gartenliegen, 2 Stühle Tisch. Vor Bungalows ein Stück Rasen mit Liegen für Gäste, dann Strandpromenade schöner Strand. Suite Whirpool wurden täglich gereinigt, Terrasse gefegt. Es fehlt Wasserkocher und/bzw Kapselmaschine. Außenanlage des Hotels ist großer Pluspunkt. Viel Rasen, Palmen, Sträucher, Blumen, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Pools machen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. EG, mit Rezeption, Bar Restaurant ist auch alles sehr sauber, wirkt aber in die Jahre gekommen. Nur ein öffentliches WC gefunden, nicht ausreichend für Gästeanzahl. Im Herren-WC nur eine Kabine ein Urinal. Urinal kaum nutzbar, da mehr Design als nützlich. Rezeption: Mitarbeiter sprechen Deutsch, sind höflich hilfsbereit. Check-in Check-out problemlos. Frühstück ist von guter Qualität und Auswahl Mittagessen in Ordnung Abendessen: Vorspeisen,Salate Desserts gut, Hauptspeisen kaum gewürzt, häufig schlechte Qualität. Getränke: Cocktails Longdrinks leider nicht mit gewohnten Zutaten. SB-Getränkestationen werden abends leider ausgeschaltet, kein Mehrwegkonzept Service: sehr personenabhängig von supernett bis arrogant Sauberkeit Geschirr Handtücher einige Male mangelhaft Achtung bei Leihwagen: öffentl Parkplätze in Umgebung total überlastet

A noisy experience at a normally quiet hotel
I have been at Bull Costa Canaria a few times and the hotel has its ups and down. Firstly I would like to highlight the ups during this stay. The cleaning lady Vanessa made it to our hart with her good mood and friendliness. The staff at the reception were also perfect, skilful and helpful. The swimming pool kept the promised 26 degrees for the whole stay. The room was comfortable as always. To the down side. First of all, the demolition of the next door hotel was a very noisy story, that made it impossible to use the balcony (that normally is a treat) and made it difficult to stay in the hotel area for the day. The staff in the restaurant were not the most friendly and service minded that I have met and the food was not up to normal standard. I guess the hotel save money on the food to survive the effects of Covid as well as the effects from the demolition of the next door hotel. Will I come back? Well, not during the next year or two.

Tres bon séjour de 10 jours début Aout 2021. Confort des chambres tres correct, bonne literie. Balcon vue plage a 200m pour le bruit des vagues. Bonne restauration très complete. Climatisation un peu faible lors des jours de Calima (vent chaud du désert) car tout l'hotel l'utilise a fond. Propreté ok

Really lovely stay. Location close to the beach means you hear the waves as you go to sleep! We stayed for 10 days which was probably too long ... although the food is excellent, a buffet gets tired after a week. The spa is lovely and the treatments reasonably priced. Staff are all very nice, and extras in the bar/restaurant are also inexpensive. Would certainly visit again.

Albergo molto ben curato e con alcuni dettagli davvero particolari. Pur essendo parecchio grande permane una tranquillità assoluta. Personale disponibilissimo e sempre gentile. Immerso in giardini lussureggianti. Gli unici suoni che si sentivano erano i canti dei pappagalli che volavano sopra le altissime palme. Piacevole trascorrere del tempo nella SPA. Un 10 a tutto!

nous avons passé nos dernières vacances de septembre 2018 hotel tres accueillant un spa digne d 'un centre de thalassothérapie avec une piscine chaufée en été à 37.5 C° -et l 'expérience mer morte purement du bonheur. les étiquettes sur les transats vous permettent de réserver par avance votre place ( vous pouvez en changer si vous le souhaitez ) certes la nourriture très allemande donc un peu de grasse, mais il y a de la diversté et surtout les fruits issus du terroir de la grance Canarie. Belles ballades à faire sur le bord de mer . la plage est délicieuse avec un sable gris et très fin ..

Ett hotell som blir bättre och bättre för varje gång jag kommer dit. Goda frukostar, fina rum, bra städning och ett alldeles fantastiskt spa. Två uppvärmda pooler, egen solstol, poolbaren med goda rätter gör att helhetsintrycket ger hotellet fem stjärnor av fem möjliga!

Lovely relaxing hotel
Excellent facilities, especially the spa. Beautiful gardens and close to the beach. Hotel staff were unfailingly polite and helpful - the one exception being a very brusque female receptionist. Great transport links and pleasant evening entertainment. Food was a delight.

A great holiday in a fine hotel
I took my wife and two grown up children for a week to this hotel.From the moment we walked into the foyer to the moment we ,regretfully, left none of us could fault the experience.The rooms were well appointed and kept spotless by charming staff.The food was extremely good with a wide choice at every meal.Alcohol was plentiful but if you are are "wine buff" they only serve basic,quite drinkable,wines and local spirits which were quite adequate within the all inclusive.The cocktails were excellent though. The spa was outstanding,well equipped and spotless as was the gym. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times.Although the hotel was full there was always room in the lounges,by the pool or in any of the facilities. The best holiday hotel we have ever stayed in and we shall return.

Wonderful Stay!
The service was excellent. Servers constantly checked on us. The buffet was a high variety of quality food. There is also a cook standing by in addition to the buffet, making something special for the evening. My favorite nightly special was the pasta tossed in a wheel of cheese. The room was very clean. We got a sea view room and it was a gorgeous view of the ocean. We we’re at the end, so could barely see the pool. This vacation was a very pleasant one. We didn’t have to do anything for ourselves! Perfect getaway. I want to specifically note the bartender at the pool bar, Fernando (hope I spelled his name correctly). He is so kind, even when there is a line of customers and it might get stressful. He also takes the time to make drinks with the proper ingredients and garnishes. I could tell I wasn’t the only one that was happy to have him as a bartender. He makes the pool bar a more pleasant experience!

Great, clean hotel with a beautiful garden
This hotel was a total surprise. We were not expecting much but it turned out to be amazing. The rooms were big and comfy, very clean with good beds and the food was really great as well. The hotel also has a beautiful garden and the staff is really nice and helpful. The spa can be used free of charge. Everything is very well organized. All in all we were extremely happy with the stay and didn't want to leave.

En bra vistelse men med ett stort aber. Detta hotell påstås vara rökfritt men det stämmer inte. Rökstationerna utanför dörrarna drar in massor av rök i hela hotellet, restaurangserveringingarna utomhus är tillåtna att röka på och även runt poolen och i hela trädgården. Det är rök precis överallt. Gästerna får inte röka på sina balkongen men många gör det ändå. Det kommer in rök i ditt rum om du öppnar din balkong. Hotellet i övrigt är fint, håller klassen av ett fyrstjärningt hotell. En stor eloge till fantastisk personal i restaurangen.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. Beautiful surroundings with excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were fortunate to be allocated a room on 7th floor with lateral sea view. Room spacious and modern. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Food and all inclusive drink package great. First time we had waiter service at all inclusive. Great spa free of charge. Highly recommended to anyone going to San Agustin. Can't wait to return.

Lo único que pondría como relevante es el hecho de que no todas las habitaciones cuentan con bidé. Hay sólo en algunas habitaciones de algunas plantas y, según nos comentaron, ha de solicitarse. También ha de considerarse que el hotel no cuenta con aparcamiento exclusivo. Es un aparcamiento público que llegando a horas punta hay dificultad para aparcar.

Nos dieron una habitación superior tipo suit , aunque el baño era muy antiguo , pero en términos generales el hotel está bien calidad precio . El spa esta realmente bien , para ser un gratuito .
