The hotel was close to a noisy highway. There were not any terraces/balconys. Seaview was not nice. Breakfast was the same every morning.

Not the best stay @ Hotel Silken Saaj Las Palmas
We had a sea view room at the 3rd floor. There’s a busy highway just by the hotel and the windows did not seem to be soundproofed. After one night of being awake listening to cars go by, we asked for another room and we’re given one on the 6th floor. The situation was a bit better in that room. However, if you’re a sensitive sleeper, do not book a room with a sea view. Sea view is also questionable. In both rooms there was a big column just in front of the window blocking the view. Also, since decorative panels have been installed outside the windows, you really have a make an effort yourself and peak to see the view. Wi-Fi at this hotel doesn’t work. You have to re-register every 2 minutes. The hotel looks brand new and the facilities are very clean. Staff is friendly.

Pidin paljon henkilökunnan palvelu alttiudesta ja ystävällisyydestä. En yhtään pitänyt hotellin aivan liian suuresta pyrkimyksestä teknisillä kikkailulla mm suihkutiloissa ja huoneiden varustamisella pienillä kosketusnäytöillä joista piti esim säädellä huoneen varlaistusta ja ilmastointia. Hotellin huoneitten ja muittenkin tilojojen värityksestä vain mustalla ja valkoisella. Suurin pettymys oli päivällis ruokailun saanti ja taso. Ruokailua joka ilmoitettin hotelli TVssä ei ollut lainkaan ja hätäisesti improvisoitu päivälllinen oli surkea eikä lainkaan 4 tähden hotellin tasoa.

Lovely hotel, nice design, super friendly staff. We came on the business trip, I was very happy with the hotel’s internet connection, possibility to work there without a connection worry. Only one down side, very noisy day and night as it is next to the busy road, no soundproofing.

Hotellet ligger tæt på strand,( udsigten er fantastisk). Tæt på attraktioner, Personalet er søde, og hjælpsomme,så det er et plus. Morgenmaden er mangelfuld, ikke ret meget udvalg. Der er meget lydt, ikke fedt når der er en stor vej tæt på. Poolen 2x2 meter. Hotellet virker som om man havde ambitioner om at bygge et 5 stjernet, men løb tør for penge. Vi havde et pragtfuldt ophold, så værrer er det heller ikke.😊

Nice hotel. Room comfortable and well equiped. About 2 mile walk into historic centre and a mile to beach area. If using public transport some buses stop close to the hotel. Global runa relaly good island bus service Hotel has nice rooftop area but pool is a plunge pool not a full swimming pool

Mini Hotel scam
Arrived at the hotel about 2hrs early, so our room was not ready . OK . So thought we would put luggage in a luggage room . The receptionist then said we do have a room ready but you have to pay 12 euro if you want it . We did pay this as time saved on holiday is a good thing . We booked this hotel last year and it was a very nice room ....This room this time was smaller , a bit noisy as the gym was just above us , we were in this room for 7 nights but didn't want to complain. MY POINT IS THAT THERE WAS A ROOM READY, AS WE WERE IN IT AND FOR 7 NIGHTS, BUT WE WERE CHARGED 12 EUROS EXTRA FOR THIS ROOM. WHY? IT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE ROOM WE HAD LAST YEAR. Anyway we had a fantastic holiday but will not be staying at this hotel again ...Principle . We were charged for a room that was ready .

Disappointing Experience - Noisy Location
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my disappointing stay: Location: 2/5 The hotel is situated on a noisy street, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The constant street noise made it challenging to relax, especially during the night. If you're sensitive to noise, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations. Customer Service: 1/5 The level of customer service provided by the staff fell short of expectations. From the moment of check-in to various interactions throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unresponsive and unaccommodating. It's disheartening when the service does not match the hospitality one would expect from a hotel. Amenities - Pool Access: 2/5 One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a pool, which, unfortunately, turned out to be inaccessible during my stay. The staff did not provide any clear explanation or alternative solution, leaving me disappointed and without the amenities I had anticipated enjoying. In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was not up to the standard I expected. The combination of the noisy location, poor customer service, makes it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

We were excited about this stay after seeing the great pictures and reviews. However, it turned out just okay and a little disappointing. Pros: - Nice workers - Will hold luggage for you if needed - Breakfast had some variety - Good location if you want to be in the city center Cons: - No hot showers, was only lukewarm or room temp - The queen bed is two twin beds pushed together - Toilet was not fully flushed when we first entered - Mold in the shower - Towels seemed old and were starting to fall apart - There was a sea view but blocked by window shades

Es un hotel muy bonito y moderno,con vistas increíbles tiene una terraza preciosa,lo único que no me gusto es que tenían cerrada la piscina y pues ninguno de los demás hoteles cierran sus piscinas así que no comprendo este por qué la cierra,sin embargo todo lo demás fue excelente

The breakfast was really good, the attention from Lili was amazing I really recommended, she was very kind and helpful with some indications about the island. Another good point is the terrace the food was very good👍

This hotel sets the bars high
The best hotel stay I’ve ever had ! :) Breakfast (7-11 AM) is fantastic ( especially the freshly cut Serrano ham and fruits) and they sell the leftovers via “Too good to go” instead of throwing it away. The rooftop lounge is awesome, but unfortunately we only discovered it on our last day there. Everything is digital and all the rooms have their own AC. The beds are comfortable, even though they apparently don’t have Kingsize beds for couples. Our room was a bit dusty at first, but during our stay it was cleaned almost every day. If your Spanish is not good enough for more complex conversations, you can always switch to English as all the service staff speaks it well.

Leider zuerst ein schreckliches Zimmer ohne Tageslicht bekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein kleineres Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk gegeben, das auch heller war. Danke dafür! Leider kein Upgrade wie von Expedia beschrieben
