We appreciate your comments and we will take note of everything you say but I must inform you that the sports bar is not included in our all-inclusive service, that is why our customers have a discount on the sports bar. Our hotel has air conditioning in the common areas but due to the heat wave we have been suffering, the temperatures have been very high. We are very happy you liked your stay but would like to apologise that some of the food options at our buffet did not meet your expectations. In our hotel wie have different days with different theme nights in order for everyone to find something that suits their taste. We also have a spanish evening. We are sorry if, during your stay you have been missing out on that day. Estimado Sr. Alejandro, En primer lugar, nos gustaría darle las gracias por haber elegido nuestro hotel Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas y por informarnos de sus preocupaciones relativas al tiempo que pasó con nosotros, ya que ello nos da la oportunidad de observar las áreas que pueden tener un pequeño margen de mejora y por ello le estamos muy agradecidos. Referente a la cena gala recepción le ha comunicado que pueden ir a las 21:00h en restaurante pensando que no le gustaria cenar a primera hora a las 18:00h. El día 31.12 nuestra animación tenía una variada programa con diferente actividades, cuales pueden consultar en el totem (digital board) al lado de recepción. Por la noche para adultos tuvimos durante los turnos de cena saxo y luego desde 21:30-22:15 show profesional. Luego session de Dj hasta 01:30. Lamento si no han recibido la información durante su estancia. Trabajamos a diario para la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y nos apena no haberlo logrado. No dude en reportar su insatisfacción en el momento para intentar brindarle una pronta solución. Esperamos nos brinde la oportunidad de recibirle nuevamente en un futuro y cambiar su punto de vista.
