Hi, first of all, thank you for your email. Although we don't like negative reviews, we are aware that we can't always get good ones; and second, sorry for taking my time to answer, but I was trying to cool off. What you say is not true entirely. The day you left, you told me that you had no hot water on both nights. I asked you why didn't you tell me before, as when leaving, there is nothing I could do. The other guest had mentioned this the day before, I went and rebooted the boiler (when gas stops coming through from the gas supply, not our fault) it automaticaly stops). Since nobody else complained, I assumed it was OK. About the noise, again, why do you wait until c/out to tell me? If you had told me the first night, I could have spoken to them. You told me that you did not coincide with the 7 hours that we have the reception open: 10.00-14.00 and from 17.00-20.00, but you could have left a note on the reception (there is always a note pad and a pen) or sent us an email. But if you tell me all these problems when you leave... And it is not true that you send emails that we not answered. I did answer the first one, when I gave you, again, a detailed explanation about the hot water. You mentioned that you didn't know how hot the hot water (?) was in Granada... And I have copies of your and my reply. True that I didn't answer your second one, but you sent it with my reply, so please don't say that you didn't receive any answers to your emails. I am very sorry that you had a negative experience, but if you had told us during your first night, perhaps we could have solved the problems. And I am very, very sorry that you are disappointed with us. As most of our guest know, we go out of our way to make your experience with us a good one. Regards,

Hi, and thank you for your review. I don't understand what you mean that we are not located where advertised. We are extactly were we say that we are! From our roof terraces, you can't get a better view of the Alhambra from anywere in the Albayzin area except, perhap, the Mirador de San Nicholas. I'm sorry that we were not what you expected... Hi again, There is a heater in the bathroom, which was unplugged. The heating in the room worked. But you stayed with us for two nights, why didn't you tell us this problem on the first night so we could have helped you? You saw me and didn't mention anything. Now, there is nothing I can do to solve these matters. The fan disconects itself after a few minutes of switching off the bathroom lights. As for the pipes, I already told you that you are right, there is nothing I can do about that. And the work was done in the stair case, which you could not see from your window. And it was a last minute decision from the owner of the builing. Truly sorry that you were not advised, but they tried to start making noise at 10.00, as not to bother too much our guests. A discount has been given to you to try to compensate for the inconveniences caused.
