”We had an unpleasant stay in this hotel. It started from the beginning when we got to our room. We never received the key from the bellboy who took us to our room. We had to go to the reception to get one. Then we noticed we only had one towel -> again to the reception. Waited 50 minutes for the one single towel. After that we realized our safety is closed -> reception. Again. Minor things but you expect those kinds of things to be in order in a 4 -star hotel. The major setback happened a night...
