The complex comprises one apartment and four studios, surrounded by gardens and a pleasant heated outdoor swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting.



The apartment



This 1-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor (accessed via stairs), features a spacious private terrace of approximately 36 m² with mountain views. An ideal space to enjoy outdoor breakfasts, relaxing afternoons on sun loungers or moments of relaxation with natural views.

Heated outdoor swimming pool, with sun terrace and sun loungers



The pool is heated using a heat pump and thermal cover, maintaining an approximate temperature of 25 °C, considered standard for heated pools. Please note that a heated pool is not equivalent to a hot tub: the water is kept at a comfortable temperature, not hot.



For safety reasons, adverse weather conditions or maintenance needs, the property reserves the right to limit or temporarily suspend the use of the pool.



The pool is not fenced. Travellers staying with children must complete an acceptance form of the pool usage rules.
