Welcome to Acorn Run Retreat – a truly unique vacation experience that brings the charm of Madagascar to the heart of Granbury, Texas! Our property features both the Main House and the Guest House, offering an unforgettable getaway for you, your family, or friends.

Main House:
Step into our charming Acorn Run House, where colors transport you to the enchanting island of Madagascar right in the heart of Texas. With ample space for relaxation and entertainment, this house ensures a memorable stay.

Inside the house, you'll find a warm and inviting living space with a spacious sectional couch, a large flat-screen smart TV, and a selection of board and card games for family fun. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use.

Adjacent to the living area, a dining space with seating for seven awaits, perfect for meals and conversations. The well-equipped kitchen features all the amenities you need, including a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. A convenient laundry room is located just off the kitchen.

The house offers several bedrooms, including a full-sized bed, a Queen bed, and a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. For families, there's a creatively arranged bedroom with a twin over King bed.

The true gem of this property is the expansive backyard, complete with a large covered porch, a hot tub, a propane fire pit, and a generous play area.

Towering pine trees provide shade, and outdoor games and activities are provided.

Guest House:
Welcome to Acorn Run Guest House, a cozy gem with a Madagascar-inspired ambiance. This recently remodeled space features a comfortable living room with a convertible couch, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and indoor games.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and a window-side table offers a charming dining spot with views of the yard surrounded by majestic pine trees.

The spacious master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, USB charging outlets, and a writer's desk. The full-sized bathroom includes amenities and a complete first aid kit. A roomy walk-in closet and a washer and dryer complete the space.

Outside, the front porch offers a tranquil atmosphere with a grill, bistro table, and fire pit table. For additional seating, a table and six chairs are stored in the walk-in closet of the fourth bedroom in the Main House and are available upon request.

Acorn Run Retreat is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from historic downtown Granbury and a 40-minute drive to downtown Fort Worth.

We provide all the essential amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi and thoughtful touches to enhance your experience. We are pet-friendly and welcome two well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture during your stay.

Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

Hot Tub Maintenance Schedule:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, the hot tub is serviced on a regular schedule. Service typically occurs every 2 weeks.

Monthly Stays:
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for stays over 10 days. This is fully refundable in the event that no damages happened to the property during your stay.

Cleaning during your Monthly Stay:
For stays over 30 days, a monthly clean will be required which will be coordinated after booking. Monthly cleans will be additional and billed through your booking platform.
