Cozy Cabin: Summer paradise on the river

Amazing family-friendly cabin on the Fraser River and in the heart of Granby, CO. Ten minutes from the lodge at Granby Ranch or 25 minutes from Winter Park! Steps from the community hot tub and pool. River access and ponds on the property for fishing!

This cabin is stocked with all you need (and more!). Life jackets, sled, baby gate, sound machines, black-out shades, and much more!

We host an additional cabin across the street from each other. Message me for booking both!
The space
When you enter, you walk into the open kitchen/living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and has an under-sink water filtration system.

The outdoor space is magical. The views out back look out to the river and mountains. You can walk down to the river right out of the cabin. If kids are in-tow make sure to grab some sand toys for them to play with down at the "beach" area from the outdoor storage bin. There is a gas grill and firepit for smores and enjoying the sunsets.

The bedrooms are designed for comfort. All have black-out shades and sound machines. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the closets.

Bedroom 1: King bed, with ensuite double vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: The "bunk room" has a twin over full mattress and books/toys available for the kids. They will love this room!

For additional sleeping, the couch pulls out into a queen bed, and there is a
packnplay and sheets.

This cabin is in a community that boasts 4 ponds in addition to the Fraser River for fly fishing. There are walking paths and additional firepits (with wood stocked) for community use.

The hot tub and swimming pool (summer) cannot be beaten after a day either on the slopes or hiking.

Swimming Pool: opens mid-June and stays open through September.
Hot Tub: Open 7 days a week throughout the summer. Weekends during the winter months and is closed mid-April to Memorial Day weekend.
