Huvilat – Grand Bahama

”All rooms even club member rooms are outdated and in poor condition. Dirty shower, chipped paint, pealing ceilings. Rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. House keeping is a joke at this property. Our sink and counter top wasn't cleaned a single time. And we stayed for 7 days. Even after requesting our room be swept due to sand tracking in the room. It was only swept once. Customer service at this property is also poor. Some bar and wait staff employees were rude and acted like they didn't want to be...

”We had such a wonderful time here in Freeport Bahamas and this rental unit was perfect for us two. The unit had all the necessities we needed for the week. We were close to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. It was a very relaxing week. The property manager Dessi is fantastic and so quick with responding to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.”

”Beach was great and overall hotel was good. Hotel room standart of equipment was very good. Oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. Only minus is that hotel was bit far from downtown, but if you don't need to night life this hotel is great. It was little off-season allready so not much turist. Also weather at night was bit chilly so warm outside hottub was great. I recommend this.”

The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

”I stayed here for 3 days. I definitely would come back. Super clean and organized and such easy check in process.”

”Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. But eventually the airline told us they WEREN’T bringing our...

”I enjoyed the property. It was just as listed. There was a brief communication issue that affected check-in (not by the owner but VRBO). Everything else was great!!”
