THE SPACE:
Eden Rose B2 Villa, a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom retreat located in the exclusive gated community at the heart of Grand Baie. This rare gem offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and elegance in a serene and peaceful environment.

The villa features a private entrance and a dedicated parking space for a minimum of 2 SUV-sized vehicle. Step inside to an open floor plan with a modern American kitchen and a living room that seamlessly opens onto a splendid pool and outdoor veranda—ideal for relaxation and entertaining. The master bedroom also opens directly onto the pool, creating a luxurious and harmonious living experience.

Two additional bedrooms with attached ensuite bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for family and guests. The villa includes a versatile study/office room that can easily be converted into an extra bedroom for visitors. GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool, outdoor veranda, outdoor dining area, outdoor kiosk, laundry room, outdoor shower, and WC. The private entrance and dedicated parking space ensure convenient and secure parking. You’ll enjoy full privacy and the comfort of a fully equipped home, with all amenities at your fingertips.

The villa is situated within a gated community, offering a peaceful and secure environment for a relaxing stay.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- A security deposit of $500 USD will be collected upon arrival and refunded upon check out.

- The villa comfortably accommodates 6 guests. We also provide additional air mattresses for up to 8 guests along with linens, towels and beddings to ensure everyone’s comfort.

- All guests are kindly required to send a copy or passport pictures of themselves to the reservation team at least one week before arrival.

- We offer a range of additional services including Food & Beverage, Bed & Breakfast, Half-board, Full-board, Airport Transfers, Car Rentals, Tour Guides, and more. Please contact the reservation team for details and bookings.

- Maid cleaning services are available during your stay at an additional cost and must be booked at least one week in advance.
