”Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve.”

”The unit inside is a beautiful space but we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were cob webbs in the corners and lighting fixtures. The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet.
