”Excellent stay!! We loved our stay at this hotel. Hotel is beautiful, very clean. Beautiful lobby , great pool , on the beach. Excellent staff: very professional, warm and accommodating.. upon arrival , one of the members greeted us with Prosecco and punch for the children and showed us around the hotel. we arrived early and gave us an upgrade! ”Grace was a fantastic host. The unit was very clean in a quiet environment. Internet connection didn't work first couple of days, but Grace promptly got the provider to fix it. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.”

”Room was clean, but lacked basic necessities; paper towels, box of tissues, extra tp. Host's children were noisy until 11:00 in the evening, banging on a piano and yelling. We could also hear someone at the host's front door as if they were in our room. Better insulation? I have stayed in many places and don't usually have a complaint, but this stay seemed like one annoyance after another.”

”The on line check in was a nightmare was not able to get into the property until 500 p.m. There was no contact directly and we had to wait for calls back. There was a process whereby check in code would not let us check in. The online contact number did not provide anything else. Although to give them credit the people worked on a solution and reset the apartment code. If you are a computer expert then maybe decide to book here. Condo nice and clean. On line check in a nightmare. Going on...

”Our stay was relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed walking to the beach daily to enjoy sunrise/sunset and patronizing restaurants and ice cream shop nearby. We had a rental car, however we walk few minutes to main road and took the Public Bus to go 7 mile beach area. Tiffany was kind to give us a late check out. Definitely will stay again on our visit to Cayman next year. ”
