âThe staff all seemed friendly but the place was filthy. We skipped the breakfast based on the fact we didnât think they washed their dishes enough to be sanitary. The wall behind the bathroom door had human poo on it, and the water wasnât warm. â

Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views. âMain heater in room did not work and small space heater was not strong enough to heat room. Alao the tv did not work alot of the time because it was not cable but had to stream off the internet. They changed me to a different room but then i had to change back as the tv did not work at all.â
