Tervetuloa Franklin Rowiin! Viimeinen lavastelu ja yksityiskohdat on tehty - älä unohda tätä ainutlaatuista ominaisuutta. Tämä on keskustassa asuvaa hienointa! Mahtuu 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, tämä upouusi huoneisto ei ole vain aivan keskustan sydämessä Grand Haven, mutta vain askeleen päässä kuuluisalle rantatietä ja yksi parhaista rannoista Michiganissa! Liitteenä oleva kaksiosainen autotalli taatulle pysäköinnille! Laadukas rakennus huippuluokan viimeistelyineen kaikkialla. Tämä runsaasti sisustettu yksikkö on avaimet käteen -toiminto kaikella tarvitsemallasi olla kotisi poissa kotoa. You can walk everywhere! Excellent location and this condo is beautiful and immaculate. We had 4 people stay and all loved our beds and pillows. We would definitely recommend this hot spot and hopefully we will make it back!

HS Girls Get Together

Three 60 women friends got together from out of start-all friends from high school. The condo was modern, spacious and convenient to all activities. However, none of the 6 TVs worked and we had to change our plans to watch the Kentucky Derby. The host never responded to our text or phone call. Also one of the 3 bikes went flat during our bike ride which was disappointing. Other than that it was a great stay.

Perfect for our family

Ideal location with a kind, thoughtful host. Definitely the best place we’ve stayed in our five visits to GH. Host has thought of everything you could possibly need. Even little things like having a wagon for our small kids and a step stool for them at the bathroom sink. Excellent place!

Best Place for a Birthday Weekend

I recently celebrated a milestone birthday with dear friends in this condo. There were three couples and this place was absolutely perfect in all aspects. Great kitchen to gather and share meals and memories. It was well stocked with everything - just bring your own food. The common area was just right for settling in around the fireplace. Each couple had private bedrooms and baths and a surprise was the large walking and additional sitting areas. Only one block over is the downtown shopping and restaurants- so easy to walk to. We all agreed this would be our annual home away from home! Definitely felt spoiled and absolutely loved the finishes to top it off.

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

This is the only time a rental has ever looked better than the photos in the listing, and the photos were good. This was the perfect home away from home for us. It was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The mattresses were super comfortable, there were extra blankets, and the kitchen was not lacking for anything. We enjoyed being close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach and pier. We really enjoyed sitting around the fireplace in the evening. Many people think of Grand Haven as a summer destination, but if you are staying in the right accommodations, it makes for a lovely, cozy winter get-away.

Gorgeous

If you thrive on staying in a beautiful place, this is for you. Easy walking to everything, but just far enough out of the downtown chaos to have quiet sleeping. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect place for our adult kids and their little one.

Great property!

Great location, very practical floor plan for families. Huge primary bedroom and large additional bedrooms upstairs and in the basement. Multiple areas for kids to play/watch TV. Nice to have garage since it snowed all weekend. Highly recommend!

Truly 5 Stars!

Everything was wonderful with this rental, the great communication with the owner from check-in to -out, the location, the cleanliness (seemed like new construction), beds, baths, kitchen, truly everything. There were even notes to help you find where kitchen items belong. The only possible negative I could think of was that the TVs were a little too smart for me but my daughter was very familiar with it and we enjoyed the myriad of viewing options available. Thanks for sharing your condo!

This property is fabulous! Beautiful decor, extremely clean, has everything you need and is a great property for a family get a way to Grand Haven. The location is perfect as you can walk to the water, shops downtown and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

best in Grand Haven

We have been vacationing in Grand Haven for more than 20 years, and this was hands down the most beautiful property. Everything is brand new and done with quality materials, beautifully decorated. The living area is one the main floor, with two bedrooms up and one down. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for our daughter and son in law and their infant. The closets are huge, the downstairs walk in closet acted as a perfect spot for the pac and play. Everyone got their own bathroom when we traveled with 5 adults and an infant. Brand new washer and dryer. Location is perfect. Close enough to walk to everything, but a couple of blocks off of the business and restaurant district that can be too noisy on weekends.
