Time for some rest and relaxation...Grand Haven style!! A clean, comfortable house in the heart of it all, awaits your arrival. Sleeping arrangements in four bedrooms on the second floor include a queen in the primary bedroom (with 1/2 bath), a queen in the second bedroom, two twins in the third, and one twin in the fourth bedroom. All linens and towels are included. The main floor features a large fully equipped kitchen, living room, main bath, and an enclosed front porch. A private patio with gas grill will lend itself to barbequing adventures. Firepit for ghost stories, (just bring some wood). WEEKLY RENTAL RUNS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. No pets please.

Great beach vacation!

Everything was perfect! This cottage was great! We could walk to the beach. Walking distance to town. The cottage was very clean and cozy. Nice seating area in the backyard. It was a very hot week but they had air and fans. Also a couple bikes! Would stay again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this charming house. It was close to waterfront, musical fountain, downtown. Great communication with owner and easy check in process. Ample parking and yard space. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Great Host

Our first time in Grand Haven and we loved it! The house is conveniently located in walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants and harbor. The house was well equipped with everything you need with lots of basic essentials. Kerry was prompt answering any question and was great to work with.

Right where you want to be

This house accommodated our beach getaway perfectly. We wanted to be able to casually walk downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shops. We also wanted to be able to stroll down the pier and access the public beach. This house was in the prime location for both of those objectives. We could even hear the musical fountain in the evening. We loved feeling close to it all. The house accommodated our family of five perfectly. We enjoyed having the two driveways so we did not have to park one car behind the other. The back patio was even nicer than expected— ample seating, shady and cool.

Location, location, location

The house is within walking distance of the sights and sounds of Grand Haven. It offers plenty of parking and a large backyard patio for entertaining. The house itself is more home than cottage - very comfortable. This is where I'll stay when we return to Grand Haven!

Relaxing vacation

The house was very conveniently located to restaurants, beach, and activities. Grand Haven provides many activities for tourists: concerts, putt putt, boat rentals, special festivals, lake beach, hiking trails, just to name a few. The house is located on a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the tourist area. Also within easy driving distance of other attractions in Holland and Muskegon. Kerry was very friendly and kept the house well stocked with essential supplies.

Great location, well stocked house

The best parts of this stay was being so close to downtown and the river and walkable/bikable to the beach. We also enjoyed the big kitchen as well as the outdoor dining table. The house was very clean and it was easy to communicate with Kerry and had a simple check-in/out process. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

AC not working

Great property and location. AC was basically not working all week and the house was very hot. Should be an easy fix but made sleeping very hard. But otherwise, great house and great location.

Michigan Magic

Our 15 year old grandson and his friend said this was the best vacation ever. They thoroughly enjoyed having their private game room on the enclosed front porch. I took the 4 minute walk to the boardwalk everyday! Our only suggestion would be to have recycling available as we did not like trashing what could have been reused. Otherwise it is a wonderful rental.

Booked this home for a bicycle/brewery trip. The house was very comfortable and spacious for us and the location is absolutely perfect as it's only a couple blocks from the downtown area. Kerry was quick and thorough at communicating all the details of check in/out. Would certainly recommend this property.

This house was awesome! Walking distance to everything. Everything you need is in the house. It's very clean and comfy. Special treats awaited us when arrived. Owner is easy to contact and very nice. We can't wait to rent this house again in the future!

Perfect

This is our 17th year at this house. Immaculate and everything provided. Patio is great along with grill. Or, what is our favorite, the front porch where you can relax and watch the world go by. Just pack your clothes and settle in. Within walking distance of every single thing in Grand Haven. We never move our car except for getting groceries. Our best description is LOCATION, LOCATION AND AGAIN LOCATION!! Owners are beyond great to work with and keep up with improvements and appearance. Price is right on target. It is a "safe haven" for anyone wishing to have privacy, quiet or go in to town for the action. It doesn't get any better than 106 Clinton Street. See ya next year!
