    SISÄLLÄ

    Huoneistossa on 2 makuuhuonetta, 1 kylpyhuone, tilava keittiö ja viihtyisä olohuone ja ruokailutila. Nauti laajasta näkymästä Michigan-järvelle kahden liukulasiovi-olohuoneen kautta. Keittiössä on täysin varustettu kattilat ja pannut, astiat, ruuanlaittovälineet ja kaikki tavalliset laitteet. Olohuoneessa on TV kaapelilla ja internet. Tässä laitteessa ei ole pesukoneita tai kuivausrumpuja.

    Onko sinulla suurempi puolue, mutta haluat silti nauttia näistä uskomattomista näkymistä? Meillä on ratkaisu! Tämä kolmen tarinan koti sisältää yläkerran, joka vuokraa erillään huoneistosta ("Happe House Apt A" - VRBO # 4376623). Ylemm��llä tasolla on viisi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, keittiö, iso olohuone ja ruokailutila, jossa on suuri kansi Michigan-järvelle.     Yksityinen, laaja kansi on loistava paikka rentoutua ja nauttia upeista Michigan-järven auringonlaskuista. Käytettävissäsi on patio-kalusteet ja kaasugrilli. Pysäköinti on tarjolla kahdelle ajoneuvolle aivan talon vieressä.


    SIJAINTI

    Happe-talo istui dyyniä Grand Havenin kansallispuistoa ja rantaa vastapäätä. Se on ensimmäinen talo kukkulalla, joten mikään ei estä mieltäsi. Kävele kadun toisella puolella ja olet rannalla, tai pään alareunassa pitkin kanavaa pääset tutustumaan keskustan alueelle. Grand Havenin keskusta on vain 1 kilometrin päässä, ja siellä on paljon hyviä ravintoloita, putiikkeja, kahviloita, lelukauppoja ja paljon muuta. Jos etsit perheystävällistä sijaintia, niin se on. Kaikki nämä mahdollisuudet ovat saatavilla ympäri aluetta: charter-kalastus, vaunuajelut, splash pad, leikkikentät, iltaisin tapahtuva musiikki-suihkulähde, palvonta rantakadulla, taidemessut, paraatiot, festivaalit, luettelo voisi jatkua ja jatkaa.

Enjoy a fabulous sunset view from your private deck 500 feet from Lake Michigan. Beautiful sandy beach at Grand Haven. Definitely a little more than what I wanted to pay per night, but you get what you pay for. The view is priceless!

Such a wonderful space for a small family! We staid for a week for a family reunion. The living room and porch or Happe House B have a beautiful view of Lake Michigan and is directly across from the playground at the state park beach! We could see the lighthouse from where we were and the air conditioning was AMAZING in July! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us stay at this wonderful apartment!

Great location and great views. Only downside is that it is below rental A and you can hear walking, talking, etc. at nearly all times. I would not recommend rental B if you are a light sleeper or if you have a baby that is.

Great View

Private deck was the highlight. Proximity to the beach and view can’t be beat. Bathroom is a little tight and the ceilings are a little low in unit B but still a solid value all things considered. Would definitely stay again.

Family Trip

Family of five. Four days and three nights. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It’s about a 1 mile walk to the downtown “touristy” areas.

Great spot for the weekend

My family had a great time staying at this cabin. The location cannot be beat. It’s right by a beautiful beach and my wife loves places with a great view and this one has a great view, we were lucky to view a couple of sunsets off the deck. The beds were a little on the smaller side which can be hard for taller people like me, but it was good enough. Overall, it was great and my family had a great time.

Great Family Beach Vacation

My wife and 4 kids thoroughly enjoyed the place. It is so nice to be near the beach. You can actually watch your kids walk all the way to the water. The breeze keeps the bugs away. We are going to come back.

Great place

Perfect location just across the street from the beach and a short drive to necessities. Loved the view from the back deck. The home is bright and clean and suited the three of us perfectly. The only small drawback was being able to hear the renters above walking around at times. But we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location! The house is across the street from the beach and walking distance (about a mile) into town so we parked our cars (2 spots!) at the house and walked everywhere this weekend. The “B” rental is a lower unit with a nice deck that faces Lake Michigan and has lots of Adirondack chairs and a dining table with additional chairs. Inside the kitchen was well equipped, the family room had plenty of seating, and the bathroom was stocked full of towels, including beach towels. The bedrooms were a little small but they served their purpose and the beds and linens were clean and comfortable. My only “complaint” is that the people above us got up pretty early when we wanted to sleep in and walked like a herd of elephants above us each morning so that was a bit annoying. We could barely hear them in other parts of the unit, but it was loud heavy walking over the bedrooms unfortunately. Overall this was a wonderful house, incredible location, easy check in/out and we would definitely stay here again!

Overlooking the beach

This cottage is beautifully situated across from the Grand Haven State Park beach. The unit is spacious and has a beautiful deck. We enjoyed the ample seating inside and outside. House is only about a 20 minute walk to downton. Renters should be prepared to hear plenty of noise from the people in the apartment above. Also, kitchen is stocked with some basics for dining, but could really use a knife block with a small selection of knives. Lots of dull paring knives, but nothing to cut bread or meat.

Great view!

The cottage was in an exceptional location. It was just as described. The front porch is all you need to relax. It was extremely hot during our stay, but the Happe House Apt B was nice and cool. If you rent Apt B, know you will hear the people above you walking around. If you are a light sleeper or that type of noise bothers you, rent the Apt A. The fire alarm woke us up two mornings, going off for no apparent reason. This was not the fault of the owners and I am sure the rental Company will take care of it. Parking is clearly marked. If you are tall (6’3” or taller) you will have to duck in several spots as the ceiling work is low. Overall it was an amazing place to stay and we enjoyed sharing this clean, comfortable, and beautiful place.

We loved the location right across the street from Grand Haven State Park. The beach there is amazing. The beds were very creaky/noisy and not very comfortable. Every time you moved it was really loud.Overall we had a great stay! It was really clean, everything worked, the air conditioning was awesome. We cook a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed.That being said....there were not a lot of "extras" that we have found with other VRBO's. we had to bring a lot of stuff. I.e. Saran wrap, paper plates, napkins, coffee filters, sand toys, and beach chairs. They owner did communicate this to us, so that was good. Communication was excellent. It was just a bummer that we had to bring so many things.You should also note, there weren't any family games provided. We love playing games on vacation and typically there are games to play in the VRBO's we've rented in the past. We ended up buying games at MACKite a great game store downtown Grand Haven. If you have kids, you'll definitely want to stop there!

Great Access to Lake Michigan. Rental was ok.

The house was right across from the state park. The house was clean. The kitchen was decently stocked with kitchen utensils, etc. The bed in what I will call the master bedroom seemed to fold into the middle when there was two people in it. It was also very noisy when you would move in the middle of the night. There were two beds in the 2nd bedroom that were almost like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I was also disappointed that I had to take out the garbage on Wednesday night. For what I paid to stay here, I should’ve have to do chores that I do at home. The cleaning crew should have done this. Check in process was simple. At times it felt like communications from property management company was too much. I think I got an email or text almost every day I was there. That wasn’t needed. Just let me enjoy my trip.

Great but could use some updates

Over all the accommodations were very nice. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the location fabulous and the check in/check out was clear and seamless. I was a little sad to see the table and chairs in the dining room were on the verge of falling apart, we were afraid to use them. The couch had sections with deep drop offs to the bottom. I would suggest replacing these items. It would make this a perfect VRBO rental. Thank you.

Lovely week at the lake.

It was a lovely place. The only drawback was that there were 5 of us, and only 4 forks. . . And only 2 wine glasses. But we soldiered on.

Felt at Home at the Beach

Fantastic view! Across the the street from the beach! I felt like the beach was my home for a couple of days! The deck and living area has a fantastic view or the “Big Lake”! The roar of the water and sounds of the lake also made this trip memorable. The rooms and bathroom were kinda small, but we were too busy enjoying being out and about. Clean accommodations, easy check in, closeness to the beach equals a very nice getaway!
