Historiallinen rakennus lähellä kaikkea! Lohifestivaali, laskuvärit

Tämä suuri historiallinen talo sijaitsee Grand Havenin keskustan sydämessä. Vain yhden korttelin päässä kaikista ravintoloista ja ostosmahdollisuuksista. Kahden korttelin päässä kuuluisalta musiikilliselta suihkulähteeltä ja rantatielle, joka johtaa rannalle ja laiturille. On viljelijämarkkinat, venesatama, minigolf, iso leikkipaikka, roiskealusta, vuokrakalastus, pyörätiet, YMCA ja monia muita aktiviteetteja, kaikki lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Pysäköinti paikan päällä rakennuksen takana. Keski-ilma, kaapeli ja WIFI ovat muita ominaisuuksia.
Suuressa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja olohuoneessa ulosvedettävä vuodesohva.

The apartment was extremely clean and well cared for. Rooms were more spacious than anticipated from pictures. Doors to restroom and bedroom wouldnt fully close, but that happens in the summer and it was ok. Loved we could walk to all the restaurants and light show!

This was a clean and quaint walk up apartment with an amazing location. The stairs are very steep so make sure everyone is able to manage a steep stairwell. The location was within walking distance of anything you may need and the AC was cold even on muggy days. The property manager owner is also super responsive.

This is an excellent spot within a couple minutes walking distance to all that downtown offers. We literally walked everywhere all weekend including to the state park/pier. The entire process was simple and easy. The unit has all the necessities needed. Both A/C units kept it nice and cool. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. This is one of many very nice older properties located on the gorgeous streets of downtown Grand Haven and while I believe there is a law office located on the lower level we never crossed paths or had any disturbances of any type. It was also so nice to have private parking spaces in the rear of the building. Great stay and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our anniversary. It’s a good sized apartment, not fancy but clean and comfortable. Good location close to downtown. Bathroom door doesn’t really shut all the way but other than that everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay

It was the bare minimum at the place. It could have been decorated a little nicer. Little things were missing like waste basket in the toilet area. No plug in the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner would have been nice. Just the little things to make it feel like home. The key was not left. They came and dropped the key right away. We didn’t check the key, but when we came back it was still the wrong key. It was not a big deal, but a little money back would have been nice. The location was perfect! So it made it worth it to be there.

The space is clean and cozy- close to downtown and about a mile walk to the beach. The only thing I would recommend is mentioning that the apartment is up steep stairs which was no problem for our family, but if my parents came- they would struggle going up the stairs. I would have also have liked a toaster, but otherwise it was great.
