Portside Condominium is next to Wharf Marina and Yacht Club in Ottawa County. Near the Grand River Boardwalk. Go shopping in Spring Lake, or places nearby in
Norton Shores, Ferrysburg, Nunica, Fruitport, Holland, and Coopersville.

BEDROOMS:
3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with attached full bathroom (shower only).
Master bedroom has USB ports in the nightstand for charging your cell phone, as well as the living room side tables.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo).
3rd bedroom has loveseat (pull out couch, two-seater) and full bathroom (bathtub and shower combo). Located on ground floor.
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on third floor.
1 bedroom (fold out bed) and 1 full bathroom located on ground floor.
Portable Crib and Pack ’n play available.
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and Alexa.
Bed and Bath linens provided.
Sleeps 6 adults.

Two nearby kid playgrounds, only a 3 minute walk. Our son enjoys the accessible swing seat for children with disabilities.
Chinook Pier Mini Golf (Open Memorial Day To Labor Day).
20 minute walking or 3 min car ride to Imagination Station on Mulligan Drive. It features a large outdoor play area for children with swings, slides, and an open field.
Craigs Cruisers bumper cars, DEFY indoor playground and Michigan's Adventure in Muskegon.
Visit the local Nature Center in West Olive.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, in addition to the nightly rates and fees.

Critical stay information: Accessibility information (stairs are required from the ground floor to kitchen, and from the living room to two bedrooms). Locks on doors are located at the front door and back door to the garage. Smoke detectors are inside the condo for safety.
