Hello Kim,We spoke to you about cancelling your reservation but explained the terms and conditions. You made the reservations through Expedia, and they were to contact us to let us know what they would like to do regarding a refund. We never heard back from Expedia. Sorry for your problematic experience. We will provide a refund to Expedia if they call us letting us know they are allowing a refund for you, as you had paid Expedia for your stay.
