Kaunis Suuri Waterfront Home Bay Valaistut Fishing Pier.

Kaunis koti sijaitsee lahden puolella Grand Isle. Meillä on 400 "kalastus laituri hämmästyttävän auringonlaskua näkymät. Kotimme on riittävän tilava useita perheitä. Meillä on sisäänrakennettu baari, joka sopii täydellisesti viihdyttämiseen tai leikittamiseen iltapäivällä. Jaamme 400 "laituri leirin vieressä. Tällä leirillä ei ole veneklipsiä, jos haluat pysäköidä veneesi laituriin, käytä laituri oikealla puolella. (Oikea puoli - jos katsot laituria).

Yksi huoneista 2. tasossa. Huoneessa on parivuode ja kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä.

Runsaasti istumia meidän kuistilla, josta on näköala lahdelle; keinut ja tuolit. Meillä on suojattu kuisti, joka sopii täydellisesti keittämään rapuja. Tarjoamme grilli kuoppaan propaanisäiliö, rapu potin ja poltin. Siellä on kala-puhdistusasema ja jääpalakone.

The property was perfect for an employer sponsored getaway over July 4th. Spouses were included and we had two 3 month old babies as well. We enjoyed the amenities that were offered and found the house to be in the perfect location to get to the beach quickly or to go fishing for the day on the pier. This house is located in a prime location close to Megan’s Sno balls, Starfish restaurant, the grocery stores as well as the gas station. Excellent place to unwind and relax. Host was prompt when messaged regarding the microwave. Definitely would stay here again.

We had 18 people and house and pier are wonderful. Our son had two boats docked to pier and did lots of fishing. We had two side by side to shuttle people to beach and they stayed most of day at beach crabbing and swimming. House has BBQ pits, boiling pots, etc. We boil shrimp one night and boiled crabs another night. Very clean and well equiped.

House was roomy and worked great for our large first ever extended vacation. The young boys absolutely loved catching crabs off the large pier at the house. Saw porpoises every day swimming while we drank our morning coffee on the porch. Recommend renting a side by side while there because we loved riding it on the beach. We usually go to AL or FL and these beaches are not white like that, but they had no crowd and we all made the best memories!! Owner answered any questions and was super to work with!!

We cannot say enough about this 3 story home. No detail has been overlooked. It’s comfortable and well designed with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of room to entertain small or large groups. We brought family and all ages had a great time. There is something for everyone to enjoy. You can stay entertained indoors or catch your limit on the pier. The Owner is incredibly responsive and wonderfully pleasant. The 3rd Floor is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable with upper deck seating that has an amazing sunset view. We were in the master bedroom and woke up to a beautiful view of the bay each morning. It was easy to prepare and enjoy breakfast with our crew in the large kitchen while watching the dolphins feed in the bay. The living room also overlooks the bay and is cozy, spacious and comfortable with a billiard table that provided us with entertainment during down time. The 2nd floor is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a full sized kitchen and a screened-in dining area, we ate all of our dinners here and enjoyed the sunsets. The bunk room is perfect for the younger guys to have their own space with an air conditioner that rivals a walk in cooler. The newly built Pier is very well lit at night. We caught so many night-fishing last year that we couldn’t get up early to take out our kayak. This year, we didn’t even bother to bring the kayak. We highly recommend this home away from home!

We had a large group that stayed at this camp for a long weekend. We wanted a really special place to honor one person in the group battling brain cancer. He loves Grand Isle and fishing. This camp did not disappoint. It accommodated all of our needs and desires. We fried fish and boiled seafood. The camp had all of necessary pots and pans, and a place for everyone to sit. It couldn’t have accommodated us any better. The pier that is attached to the camp is amazing. The sunsets were amazing. Sleeping our large group was very comfortable. Everything was a pro, we had no cons. Working with Melanie was so easy and enjoyable. Our special weekend was everything we wished for.

The house was fantastic. We had 19 people ages 12-67 and everyone had fun. From fishing and crabbing in the bay to swimming in the gulf and metal detecting the sands, the days were full. The pool table saw plenty of action. The back deck offered up terrific views with beautiful sunsets. A terrific place to stay for a large grou, my wife and I went home with wonderful memories.

Had an amazing time at this house. Stayed with 17 guys over the age of 21 and had plenty of room for everyone. Pool table, ice machine, second level kitchen, televisions, etc. all made the trip worth wild. Tenants were great to communicate with.Parking was perfect for 7 trucks and a boat.Docks was in great condition and had lights for night time fishing.All around great place for friends or families!

Beautiful camp with many extras. Housekeeping did not do their service or camp hadn’t been rented for a long time and not freshened up before our arrival. Dust everywhere. Hadn’t been cleaned in months. Ceiling fans were coated with black dust. Furniture and window sills were dirty. We had to clean ourselves. Very sad because the owners home is beautiful but when I contacted management by text about condition of the interior we never got a response.Grande Isle was a great place to visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a Ladies' weekend where we just wanted to relax with cocktails and good food on the porches and patios and we got exactly that! The beds were comfy and the entire place felt very welcoming, even though it's very large. The fishing pier was awesome for our ladies who decided to fish. Just an all around great stay. Hope to book again in the future!

Our overall stay was wonderful. The description, amenities and location was wonderful. The host was wonderful to communicate with. The camp was top notch. I would recommend for anyone to stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One suggestion we would be to put a concrete pad under the camp for boiling so it is easy to clean and doesn’t smell. Also, maybe try to consider adding a small window unit to the apartment bathroom.

This was the perfect house for our family. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you need to cook and boil seafood. We really enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the pier. The sunrises and sunsets did not disappoint...Beautiful!!! We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Melanie for sharing it with my family!

Obviously this fully-equipped camp was more than two people needed, but we certainly made use of its’ many amenities…….the large kitchen with all the equipment we needed for preparing meals; the master bedroom with plenty of chest storage for clothing; numerous large closets; and several convenient bathrooms. Husband loved having the lower level for all his fishing equipment and where he could clean and cook his catches. Obviously the dock saw a LOT of use as my husband could fish 24/7! My favorite space? Sitting in a chair on the upper porch and taking in the sunsets. Those GORGEOUS sunsets!! Melanie and Bill were the MOST gracious hosts with treats, helpful suggestions, and making us feel so very welcome to their beautiful camp and we can’t thank them enough! Chris and Jan P.
