The next morning we were packing the car and the staff wouldn’t let me back in due to the dog. I walked around and went in the main entrance and he threw a fit about the dog and said the registration for the service dog didn’t matter that there are no pets allowed. ”My Expedia reservation was cancelled by the hotel manager without informing me. I had arrived at Cobblestone Inn, ready to check in after a day of traveling, only to be told my reservation had been cancelled, they had no rooms to rebook me, and they could not help me in any way. Expedia was great about refunding my money, which I appreciated.”

”The room that I was in had an oder that would not leave even after spraying a can of lysol. The sealant around the tub and faucet had mold that needed to be addressed also.”

”They were defrosting refrigerator of our room. Frig stuffed with towels. We mentioned this was bothersome and they said they could move us but the asked if we had used the bathroom and acted that if we had it would need to be recleaned so we never moved. Came back later to find water all over floor and they gave us towels to clean it up ourselves.”
