”I really loved this place, the entire 1st floor is garage. I had a boat on a trailer and it worked perfectly. The 2nd floor was exactly as posted, plus there were plenty of items in the refrigerator and on the kitchen counter so we were not in need of anything.”

”Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! ”

”Although it was off a busy street once inside the property it felt secluded and private. The yard was heavily wooded with a creek running through it. The grounds were well kept and nicely decorated with lots of places to relax and enjoy the outside with additional features of a fireplace and grilling area. There was plenty of room for the dog to wander. Inside it was clean, comfortable, and well organized with all the amenities and little things we needed. It has wonderful couch area and nice...
