Arnold's Luxury Lake Front -huoneisto ja venesatama

Kolmen makuuhuoneen, 2 1/2-kylpyammeisen Beacon Landing Luxury -huoneisto sijaitsee Granby-järven rannalla ja siinä on kolme tasoa, joissa on kaksi yläkerrosta ja maanpinnan patio, joista kaikista on upeat näkymät Granbyjärvelle ja ympäröiville vuorille .. Sisustettu sopimaan vuori- ja järviympäristöihin. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa kylpyhuone ja lämmitetty poreallas. Toinen taso on keittiö, ruokailutila, oleskelutila (kaasugrilli kannella), jossa on puoli kylpyamme ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Pääsivustossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on yhteinen kylpyhuone. (toisessa queen-size-vuode ja toisessa parivuode ja kerrossänky). Olemme sijaitsee 90 minuuttia edestakaisin Denveristä, 15 minuutin päässä Granbyn kaupungista ja vain 10 minuutin päässä historiallisesta Grand Lake -kaupungista. Kesä- ja talvitoimintaa on runsaasti. Huoneistomme mukavuudet: Kaksi takkaa, puhelin, TV, DVD, täydellinen keittiö (keittovälineet sisältyvät). Liinavaatteet tarjotaan. 8 yksikkökompleksiimme on liitetty Beacon Landing Marina ja syöttikauppa. 5 järveä tällä alueella. Valitettavasti EI lemmikkejä sallittu.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out. The only small challenge was that on warmer days, cooling the home required opening windows and doors. That said, it did not take away from our experience, and we would absolutely recommend this home to others.

Big points for cute decor , cleanliness and having everything we could need. The lake views were not as I had hoped but the grounds and landscaping of the property was lovely. We had hoped to rent a boat and see the lake but that was a flop given the super low lake levels and the boat rental office was never open when we were there. Wish we could’ve re-located this unit to Lake Grand instrad

I was really dying for a waterfront stay somewhere, and I could not be happier that I found this lovely townhome! It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and I could walk my kayak right over to the water. Perfect!

We loved Arnold's Condo! Lovely home with everything we needed, right down to roasting sticks and firewood for s'mores. Just a note to be aware of, you can't walk down to the lake from the condo, it is private property of the marina. We really enjoyed the deck views though!

We loved our stay at this condo. The views of the lake from every floor and every deck are beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The master (king) is on the third floor and the other two bedrooms (queen and trundle bed) are on the lower floor, so we felt like we had great privacy. Definitely recommend a stay here!

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found something special. This condo isn't just a place to stay; it's a meticulously cared-for condo that offers an unbeatable lakeside experience.The Location is Simply Perfect. Going to bed to the gentle sound of waves and enjoying the panoramic views of the water from two huge balconies was a daily highlight.Spacious and Cared For. The condo is spacious, which was perfect for our family to relax in without feeling crowded. It's clear the owners take immense pride in this property.We couldn't have asked for a better stay. This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful location, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It's conveniently close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the hot springs, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. The property was impeccably clean; one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. While we did experience a brief issue with the internet, the hosts responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Highly recommend!

Cozy condo

Liked the location, near the marina and pretty views of the lake. Cozy and peaceful. Only negative was the mattress in the guest bedroom( trundle bed) was not very comfortable.

Amazing Stay

You can't go wrong staying at this condo. The views were amazing from all the rooms. Easy access to the water. They had everything you would need for cooking or grilling. There is a firepit and horseshoes. We have a boat and were able to rent a slip right by the condo. Made it so easy to go boating every day. We would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Good location, no more steps please

Totally my fault but there are too many steps in this place. I should have checked this closer. My wife has a bad knee. We loved the location and it was very quiet. One thing I would ask is clean the spider webs inside and out. We had a great weekend and if it were not for the step workout we would stay again.

Great Place On The Lake

We loved staying at this property and are still talking about the amazing layout. King suite with covered balcony on 3rd floor, Kitchen, powder room, laundry closet, family and dining room and a large covered deck with bbq grill on second floor and 2 bedrooms with full bath on main floor that had a walk out that led to the horseshoe pit and lake. Everyone had privacy and we were able to sit on the decks each day and night even in the rain because they were covered. We also had 2 parking spaces and that was nice, because they were saved for us. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks as there is a really amazing cove directly east of the condo, down a dirt road. There are a lot of bugs being close to the lake. The owners had left citronella candles for us. Colorado has had a wet summer, and knowing that we brought bug spray and bug fogger that made our stay more pleasant. The washer wasn't working while we were there but had a days notice of that and brought up an extra outfit. The kitchen was stocked with a crock pot that we used as well as many other cooking utensils and some spices. If you plan on cooking and like leftovers, bring an extra container or two, there were no Rubbermaid containers in the condo. Overall an amazing stay and we will plan to be back another time:)

Beautiful location

I will start off with the positive- beautiful location, great condo with 3 bedrooms and great views of the lake. Arrived with the place not cleaned from the previous visit. It was 4th of July so very much looking forward to a vacation. Did get ahold of the property manager to let her know of the status. There was an issue with the cleaning crew calling sick and her not checking her VM that the house was not cleaned. At first I felt like the property manger was rude and did not know the importance of customer service and how to deal with a frustrating situation. I was upset and disappointed. The visit got cancelled. I was fully refunded without any issues, except the vacation insurance I had taken through VRBO. She also helped me get my laptop back that was left in the condo, so I appreciate that effort. Unfortunate situation that I think could have been handled with better customer service, but it was a beautiful condo on the lake.

Cool and Quiet

The bed situation was a bit different from expectations. The bedroom with a single bed and trundle needs at least one nightstand. The lighting is very dim. There was no kleenex in the entire condo. We took advantage of the opportunity to take a short boat trip on Lake Granby. The views of the lake and the mountains were magnificent.
