Retreat to Grand Holiday Lodge -hotellille, joka on keskeinen Grand Lake -vuoro. Tämä viehättävällä alueella sijaitseva viihtyisä hirsimökki tarjoaa runsaasti luonnonkaunis ympäristöä ja viehättävän Grand Lake -kaupungin läheisyyden. Kävele kiinteistön ympärille, jotta saat maata ja vierailla läheisillä järvillä tai lumikengillä tai vaelluskengillä olevalla hihnalla ja valitse polku viereiseen Rocky Mountainin kansallispuistoon.

Voit maistella paikallista ruokaa tutustumalla ihastuttavaan Grand Lake Lodge -puistoon tai suosittuun Sagebrush BBQ & Grill -ravintolaan.

Nouse ylös ja aktivoi vaellus- tai lumikenkä-retki johonkin läheisistä puistoista. Sijaitsee aivan Rocky Mountainin kansallispuiston sisäänkäynnin vieressä, ja se tarjoaa helpon pääsyn joihinkin alueen suurimpiin polkuja, järviä ja metsiä. Arapahon kansallispuiston retkeily- ja lumikenkäreitit pääsee myös suoraan etuovesta.

Beautiful Setting for Family Getaway
We just returned from Grand Lake. We were 6 with our grown children and their spouses. The house was perfect for us. The space was large and clean. We did have an issue with one bathroom sink that would not drain and it was difficult to get hold of the owners, so we couldn't really use that sink. We did see several moose, who ambled through the yard on a few occasions. It was impressive.

Beautiful, well appointed cabin
We will be talking about this vacation for years to come. We visited before Memorial Day - before tourist season - and we were treated to moose in the yard and in the field across from the cabin the entire week. I have never seen so many moose. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. It was clean and we loved the location. Emma was welcoming and responsive. The little nearby town had cute shops and restaurants. Some days we went to Rocky Mountain National Park to hike and other days we just walked around near the cabin. We saw large elk herds multiple times. But oh the moose! I’m an amateur wildlife photographer so this was a dream come true. I’m told the moose aren’t that close once tourists arrive but we were so lucky to experience them up close and personal.

Birthday Weekend
My son turned 17 over the weekend we stayed and we had the perfect stay! It snowed and we saw moose right on the property! The cabin is close to town but still felt like we were nestled in the mountains and could disconnect.

Can be better.
Location is great, many trails and restaurants within short drives. House is comfy and cosy. Cleaniness is in question. Grill was left dirty, outside ashtray was filled with lots of used cigarettes, overflowing lint trap on dryer. No basic toiletries such as body wash, shampoo provided. Also, adding our responsibility to personally drive our trash????? to the facility is definitely not a welcoming chore while on vacation. One of the queen bed upstairs could do with a mattress upgrade. Master bath glass shower door needs some handy work We have stayed in airB&B on many occasions and we will definitely not rate this as Superhost even though they were quick to respond to text messages. They definitely need a new cleaning crew

Love the National Forest Location
We celebrated our sons 25th birthday with our family! It was a perfect location right by the Rocky National Park! We had a blast, hiking in the Park and playing board games at night! The Grand Lakes Town was a wonderful place to hang out and shop! We loved Sagebrush Restaurant great food choices! Loved the upstairs hang out area with the master bedroom! Definitely a place we would rent again!

Location location location
But don’t tell too many people about this great location lol. We don’t want the word to get out. In all seriousness, we chose the house for the location and it was perfect. The host was kind and accommodated our early check in. We had tons of fun and will be back. The only annoyance is that there is a cleaning fee and yet the guests have to take their trash with them, strip the beds, etc.

Cozy cabin
My Google Maps took us to a different location but we eventually found the right one. It is a nice cozy cabin. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Nice to have 2 bedrooms on the main level as we had 2 handicapped guests. The upstairs is very nice with a second living room/TV area. Two nice outdoor sitting areas. My only complaint is that after a long day of hiking, I wanted to take a long soaking bath, but the tub drain doesn’t work/hold water, so no bath.

This was a nice property. Well maintained. A small problem with wasps and bees, but that is not surprising in a wooded area. We enjoyed it because it was five minutes from Grand Lake and the entrance to RMNP

Birthday Getaway
We had a wonderful long weekend & the cabin was 4.9 out of five. The upstairs shower was in need of a good scrubbing. The only other negative was that there was not a hair dryer that I could find & no soap in the shower. No big deal, just bring your own. The cabin is absolutely beautiful it has all the utensils & silverware needed for cooking a good meal. Would definitely stay again.

Great cabin!
The cabin was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The location was close to snowmobile trails and was a quiet little community. It is close to town and right by the entrance to the park. The house had many little perks like heated beds and lots of really great books to read/ borrow. There are lots of toys, games and movies that we used while there. There are lots of blankets and the house was stocked well. We didnt receive check in instructions/ door code but I called Vrbo and was quickly sent the email with that info. We will definitely come back to this cabin. It was a great experience.

Great Stay!
The home was clean and well equipped. There was enough space for our couple of vehicles and a trailer. We had 8 people snowmobiling from here and there was plenty of space. The home was only about a half mile from a rental shop and the trail head. My only suggestion would be for a tv in the dining/living room area. With our large group we would hang out the most in this area on the main floor.

Loved the cabin and the location. Never were contacted by the local manager. Needed green Pay as You Throw garbage bags. We had to buy our own at The Mountain Grocery. Remote control of living room lights did not always work. Beautiful kitchen with very complete appliances and cookware. Loved that they plowed our drive way when it snowed. Loved being near the snowmobile rental.

The property was great. The plan for waste disposal was not. The guest is required to find the waste disposal site, in Grand Lake. There is a sign at the site that lists 5 local merchants where special garbage can be purchased for $8. The sign is not accurate, as not all merchants listed sell bags. The second business we drove to sold the bags. It would be much easier if the cleaning person took care of the trash, or the special bags were provided by the owner.

Had major issue with water as it was yellow, black soot and smelled horrible. Had to buy water for cooking, drinking, etc. Owners did not respond for requests for water. Detailed report on this and other issues was made to EVOLVE. Health concerns and request for some compensation- 7 day stay. Please respond.
