Hotelli sijaitsee hieman kaupungin keskustan ulkopuolella uusien rakennusten keskittymässä, joten ympäriltä löytyy palveluita. Huone on hyvin varusteltu, hyvän suihkun ja suuren jääkaapin lisäksi huoneeseen kuuluu myös pyykinpesukone. Sängyt ovat paikalliseen tapaan hieman kovat.”

Kaikki palvelut vieressä ja kulkuyhteydet bussilla #1 Batumin vanhaan keskustaan hyvät ja pysäkki hotellin vieressä. Samoten bussi 10 pysäkki millä pääsee lentokentälle ja toiseen suuntaan keskustaan. Viihdyin hyvin tässä hotellissa ja siellä tunsin että henkilökunta oli vieraita varten eikä päinvastoin kuten usein...
”It was a pleasant stay. The apart hotel is on the top floors of a new higj rise building. You can find a comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room with a nice sea view and generous breakfast for an affordable price. The receptionists were polite and helpful.
In short, I can easily reccomend it. My only criticism may be the faint odour probably because of smoking. It was not overpowering, but if your are nonsmokers ask a nonsmoking room before your stay.”

”The room was not as clean as would have hoped. There was dust/hair in the closet and a used cotton swap on the floor.
The music (live) was way too loud at the restaurant was way too loud and made dining unpleasant.
The location was a bit far from the center but we didn’t mind the walk and there were taxis in front of the hotel.

”The hotel is situated right next to the dancing fountains and the beach fair so the location is absolutely great. However if you want a view, be sure to get your room directing west or north. Right next door on the south there is a huge 50 storey tower overshadowing the scenery and Metro Sky Tower has "only" 20+ storeys.
