”First room had bugs and the window was so cracked that the wind kept us up all night. When I asked for a new room the next room we got the bathroom was disgusting but we made due. Will not be staying here again”

”Only complaint was the smoking in the casino”

”We water run for 10-15 minites and then it should get hot. There were 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the bathroom. The gentleman in the morning was nice and polite and reconfirmed to turn the water on 15-20 minutes to get hot. I dont have time for that. ”

”The people who checked me in and out were very kind and helpful overall stay was great hot tub was hot pool felt nice temperature just right room was very cozy and clean”

”The hotel is fine and has a good breakfast. It's definitely one of the best deals around town. I've been there twice in both times the front door to the room leaks a tremendous amount of light. With all the windows closed all the lights off I could still read a newspaper in my room.”

”Staff was friendly and welcoming. Basically pretty clean, except for refrigerator ~ something had been spilled by previous occupants and had not been cleaned by housekeeping. Breakfast was good - decaf coffee was barely warm - some items had been cleaned out by the early leaving guests and not replenished.”

”Things could have been cleaner. Our soap dispensers in the bathroom were held up by black duct tape. The bases of the beds were made of aluminum which was an uncomfortable/odd noise throughout the night. Breakfast area wasn’t clean and not good. Staff was very nice and great customer service. The kids loved the pool but the water wasn’t clear. Looked a bit murky. It was a fine stay. Just not super clean feeling. ”

”The room was filthy from electrical sockets and fixtures and remote controls being unable to turn on lights or tv or plug in my phone charger due to broken sockets remote and batteries being held up my tape holes in walls as if someone clearly punched through stains on pillows bedding chairs and floors the room was filthy with a poor air filters and smell. There were holes in the walls appeared to be bullet holes nothing was painted properly the drywall was pealing and breaking shower head and...

”Check in was a quick and easy process with exceptional customer service. Good choice of breakfast. Easy parking. The room was very clean. The beds comfortable. ”

”The girl working the front desk was excellent, very professional and did everything she could to assist me with the issues at the motel. First off the television would not work properly which highly irritated me... And their ice machine was broken, The room had some minor flaws nothing that was totally unlivable but just enough to be irritating. Overall my stay was just average with the exception of the lady at the front desk who was exceptional”

”This place is very clean and everybody was very friendly. However, the bed was awful. I don't think I've ever attempted sleeping in a bed this horrible. My entire body hurt the next day.”
