”This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room.

”It was centrally located with easy access off and on to the highway. It had a nice pool and hot tub. It also had a very large breakfast area with a nice variety of breakfast items - hot or cold. There was always cold water and coffee service available 24/7. The cookies at the front desk were definitely an added bonus. The lower level had a display dedicated to the military.”
