”The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. They also have a restaurant onsite which was really good. They had live music when we arrived on Sunday outside near the tiki bar. The set up of the house was perfect for my family and we had...

”It was a beautiful home and so comfortable. The host was so nice and easy to contact. Very close to the state parks.”

”The property was super clean and comfortable. One of the hiccups was being able to locate pots and pans. We had to have someone come and bring us the missing items. Our son loved having the pool right out the front door and overall the community was friendly and quiet. We also experienced very little communication from the host which was frustrating at check-in and check out, but I think that is due to this property being managed by a company outside of Vrbo. but despite the limited...

”I booked the house for a work trip for three weeks. The grill was filthy, rusted, and the electronic ignite didn't work. It took two weeks to get a replacement. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs in the bunkbed room was dirty with dark spots. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty and torn. Housekeeping attempted to launder it but ended up throwing the...

”This was a great VRBO. First time using one and the bar has been set high. Very close to shopping and the downtown area, which was what we were looking for. The home was very clean and beautiful, completely felt like we were at home! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!”

”The house was so cute, very well kept, clean, fully equipped, spacious and perfect spot for our girls’ trip getaway weekend. We had a great time and will definitely be back!”

”Great location for our first stop while moving out youngest son from Western NY to Billings MT. Our host Great to work with and very private, we were able to cook a meal and enjoy the space. Nice sitting area outside as well,”

”Pool was fantastic. Host was very responsive and fast with answers and solutions. Dining table was big enough for our whole family of twelve. Kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils, dishes, and cookware. House was older and needs some sprucing up but clean and sufficient. We would book this place again!”
