”Friendly helpful staff. Very gracious in helping my elderly mother.”

”I was very surprised that there was not a complementary breakfast. As I was showering in the morning, I found a washcloth hanging over my shower curtain from a previous person’s stay. As this hotel was connected to a casino when I came home Friday evening from visiting my relatives I had to park significantly far away from the front door of the hotel. That was a safety issue for me.”

The sheets were wrinkled as if someone had just used them or they had sat in a wrinkled pile. There was a rip in the curtains. ”The mattress of the main bed was stained. The sofa bed was miserably uncomfortable, and the mattress had lots of crumbs on it. We had to request sheets and a blanket for this, even though there were three people in the reservation so we should’ve had sheets in the room. There were no cups in the kitchen or bathroom for taking medications or getting a drink of water. ”The doors were all broken and just stayed opened. There is no elevator on the property. The breakfast is poor in that it’s just cereal and waffles. The outlet placement in the room is bizarre, like right over the headboard. The manager didn’t even tell us what time breakfast was-I was supposed to read it on the key card.
