Fantastic resort with beautiful grounds and villas. The service is excellent. The staff is available nearly 24/7 for every need. The TVs in the rooms can be improved as they don’t have Netflix and chrome cast or apple screen share did not work.

Un vrai paradis
Superbe emplacement, resort extrêmement bien entretenu, des villas spacieuses, calmes et bien agencées, un spa exceptionnel, excellent équipement sportifs et un service impeccable et disponible (mention spéciale à la réactivité sur WhatsApp). Du check-in jusqu’à la fin tout a été fait pour que nous passions un séjour unique. Et mention spéciale à la plage privée sur l’ile aux Cerfs, absolument unique ! Côté restauration nous avons testé l’excellent restaurant indien et le très bon libanais. Mais je regrette l’absence d’un restaurant aux saveurs plus locales. Dommage que le restaurant « star » soit un restaurant italien, ce n’est pas forcément ce que j’attends d’un resort à l’Ile Maurice – mais rien de dommageable à notre séjour. Et nous avons préféré le petit déjeuner en chambre, car le buffet proposé n’était finalement pas très intéressant (mal agencé et peu fourni comparé à l’autre resort que nous avons testé). Je noterai qu’il faudrait plus de régularité dans le service de chambre. Non pas qu’il soit mal effectué – au contraire villa très propre, mais chaque jour ce n’était pas fait de la même façon / des petits détails qui peuvent être facilement corrigé. L’espace piscine /plage est absolument superbe, mais il serait bénéfique de rajouter des petites cabanes privatives / des coins plus ombragées et un peu plus de végétation pour contrebalancer les matières minérales et pour rendre l’endroit plus propice au calme et à la détente. Merci à toutes les équipes !

Fue de lejos la peor experiencia de nuestra vida en un resort de los four seasons! Falta de comunicación, perdimos nuestra cena de fin de año, nunca nos limpiaron la habitación, no nos llegó el room service al cuarto, casi perdemos el vuelo por la demora de ellos… en fin.. quisiéramos haber no ido a pasar nuestro fin de año a este desastre! No lo recomiendo si van en familia a celebrar algo. Aunque tiene increíbles instalaciones no recibirás la experiencia por el precio que se paga! Ohhhh y aparte nos cobraron hasta el último peso por servicios bastante malos! Gracias por arruinar nuestro fin de año!!!

A great place for families
We went for a long weekend break and this place is amazing. 2 bed villa is nice and large, with a huge garden space in the back too. The service is very good on the whole and everything is pretty much done through a WhatsApp chat, which is great. We had a couple of issues, but nothing too big that would make me not want to go back, the hospitality far outweighs any issues we had. I will probably go every year now, it's a great place.

Magnifique villa dans un immense jardin exotique, un personnel adorable, souriant et attentionné. 3 très belles plages dont une « quiet « qui permet de lézarder en toute intimité ! Restaurants très gourmands, surtout les 2 derniers dont l’ouverture remonte à peu de temps, le Lazy Fish avec sa pêche du jour et le restaurant de l’île aux cerfs. Et enfin pour les golfeurs, le golf Anahita et celui de l’île aux cerfs, magnifiques tous les deux.

A nice property, though designed like many these days with the intention of restricting visitors to the Four Seasons property only, so there is not a lot in the surrounding area. Some aspects of the property were disappointing - some facilities in the gym, like the steam room, were not working but guests were guided towards using the expensive spa instead. We have mixed experiences with the restaurants, which we were not ready for as Four Seasons resorts are usually well known for their food. The Indian restaurant was excellent, Bambou served its all-purpose role - although much of the fruit served at breakfast was unripe - but my wife and I were disappointed with a very salty meal at the Italian restaurant and the Asian restaurant was nothing special.

très bel endroit, dans un cadre luxuriant. l'hôtel propose des activités. Plage privée sur l'ile au cerf est un plus. Petit déjeuner top.Attention à l'emplacement qui ne laisse pas beaucoup de choix pour se restaurer a part dans un des restaurants du complexe. Habitué des four seasons européens ou le personnel sait rester discret, ici il est extrêmement présent

The resort is unique in the sense that each villa is beautifully designed. The service is next to none by staff where all staff from the bar, breakfast, beach, housekeeping and management could not have done enough. The food is excellent, though depending on your budget can be expense, but is comparable to other 5 star hotels. I would return there without hesitation.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, the gardens, and bridges, and restaurants, just amazing. We were a groups of 6 in a 3 bed room villa, I would definitely recommend it, beautiful with private pool and a very ample garden, living room, kitchen, dinning room. The staff was very helpful and all smiles. The food is great too, specially the french restaurant and they have a very nice wine list. Breakfast makes it worth it to wake up early. The added benefit of the included aquatic activities and their private beach (Il aux cerf) definitely make it stand out against other hotels. You get the benefit of having calm waters with various colors around the hotel or more active very blue waters in Il aux cerf. I would recommend trying the paddleboat. The hotel gives you bikes during your stay so its very easy to move around. The hotel is a complete paradise.
