”Clean room”

”It’s nicely renovated but we did not like that the shower was see thru from the bedroom. Also there were 3-4 small moth type things flying around that we had to kill with a towel.”

”We checked in late, BUT had no key to our room. Bed was not comfortable & pillows flattened completely. It was not what we expectedly for a Hyatt, in fact, I was calling it a Lowett Place. A pun, but not wrong. Only one EV charger was working and that spot was taken all night, and combustion engines were parked in EV parking spots. Therefore, handicapped walkways & ramps would be blocked if an EV was as to charge while a combustion mention parked in an EV charging parking spot. EV parking spots...

”Small cramped rooms with run down furnishings. Great location”

”The pool at the hotel was not working. But they partnered with the Apartments next to it and although it wasn’t as convenient it was nice and the staff at both properties were helpful. Great location for food.”

”Pet friendly and a genuinely nice place to stay. Close walk to casinos and other amenities. Nice bar with some food offerings onsite with a great outdoor patio. Only negative was location is in a loud and busy part of town. I guess that's why they provide guests with ear plugs, lol....”

”This is a good hotel with a great location near the river walk and restaurants. The room was spacious, much larger than most modern hotels. It is an older hotel and does show its age, lots of dark wood, etc. During our stay the guest elevator to parking was not working so we had to use the staff elevator, which gets abused. Thus, the first impression is a bit off. The parking on site and self park which is good. However the parking slots are narrow, not made for large modern cars so you...

”This place is in desperate need of updating! We waited around 2 hours for our room to get ready and then we were sent up the elevator with no directions to our room. As it turns out the additional elevator was out of order so we were made to use the only operating one.”

”The hotel is pet friendly, which is fine but when you walk into your room and find pee stains everywhere it’s gross. Room smelled like pee, carpet was stained. Bathroom tiles were falling off the wall, the toilet you had to flush 3-4 times just to get pee and toilet paper down. Cracks in the wall and water stains on the ceiling (which is still popcorn) mattresses felt like they hadnt been replaced in years.”
