”This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either.”

”The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening.”

”I would have never picked this hotel if it wasn’t for our volleyball team. The hotel has very poor ventilation so it smells like smoke everywhere. Rooms are very outdated even in the newer tower. Floors in the bathroom and carpet in the room very dirty. Hair on the floor and shower. Stains on the carpet. Several times our key didn’t work even after going to the customer service and getting a new card. Overall a solid 2stars.”

”Great front desk staff upon arrive, check out and the shuttle. The location and free shuttle service to the airport was why I chose this hotel. My family has stayed there in the past. My expereince was not great. I HATE smell of marijuana throughout the hallways.yuck!! The rug in my room was awful. ”Just awful. The staff was friendly, but overloaded. Sheets were gross and had cigarette burns. The room smelt terrible.”

”On the last day, noticed A/C filter needed to be changed, probably the reason why im having trouble breathing now and feel like my asthma of 25 years ago seems to be coming back... With a vengeance! Parking is a bit tight especially since Many customers seem to be bringing in their big Chevys and Ford F-150's. the lot next to it is parking for Firestation Personnel which has space but you run the risk of getting called out by hotel staff or Fire Dept.”

”The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town.”
