”Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel”

”Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing.”

Took a while to get checked in due to people coming up to front desk with issues with toilet or room condition. When we got to our room there was cobwebs in the ceiling, the outlet covers were destroyed, the windows in hall were broken covered with a tarp, and the remote was missing. ”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem. I think I was about the only customer in that facility during the weekend as my car was the only one in the big parking lot in front of the hotel. ”I called when I made my reservation to make sure their pool was running they assured me it was 5 days prior to my arrival when I got there the pool was down for maintenance I feel they could have told me that is the only reason why I went there the receptionist was not in a good mood the breakfast was terrible they have really gone down in my opinion the only good thing I encountered was the breakfast lady named Martha she was absolutely the nicest one there ! The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us.
