”Room appeared to be clean but they have a roach infestation. The first night I woke up with bug bites on my arms. We stayed there for a week and I killed so many roaches of various sizes. The staff only cleaned my room once while I was there. Only one washer and dryer and the washer machine does not work. Upstairs neighbors were very loud and rude. ”Room smelled terrible like smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. You get yelled at if you try to take breakfast back to your room even tho the room has a full fridge and range. People in the room above us stomped around all night long. You could hear cars on the freeway all night long. Would not stay at again.”

”The only issue we encountered unfortunately, was waking up on the morning to check out, and being covered in ants. I can’t speak for the rest of the property, but the room we stayed in definitely had an ant infestation issue in the bedroom specifically.
