”Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city.
But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...
”I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again.”

There was a a big party going on which made a lot of noise and there were drunken people everywhere in the house. The neighbourhood is not safe to walk by yourself.

”Huoneistohotelli on suoraan ison kauppa/huvittelukeskuksen naapurissa Century Cityssä (iso on oikeastaan arvio alakanttiin) ja alueella voisi halutessaan varmaan viettää koko lomansakin jos shoppailu innostaa, mutta jos nähtävyyksiä haluaa katsomaan on auton vuokraaminen melkein välttämätöntä.
Huoneistomme oli periaatteessa mukavankokoinen kaksio ja kylpyhuoneitakin löytyi kaksi, yksi suihkulla ja yksi kylpyammeella. Aamiainen ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan mutta se olisi voitu maksusta järjestää...
