”Property was clean. It appears to be updated. Problem was the pipe in the bathroom knocked very loudly at 6 am when the person in the neighboring room took a shower. Woke us up and continued for 5 minutes. It also knocked when we took showers. ”The property is dated and in need of care. The rooms were passable but still some issues (spiders in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, mold spots in the fridge). Our main problem is that our room smelled very musty and mildewy. When we arrived on our first night the mini-fridge was working. But we found the next evening the fridge was now not working and had leaked water on the floor which likely explains the mildew smell in the room. ”This hotel is VERY run down. Everything needs a deep clean and refresh. The air conditioning was not on in any of the common spaces and we had to crank it in our room. While the room was spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable, again needed a deep clean and refresh. Walls are very thin - heard everything. Breakfast was about average if not a bit below. Staff were not quick to replenish or help in any way. Both luggage carts were broken (not surprising). The parking lot is terribly pitted and...

The first night the room smelled like someone smoking all night in the room and sprayed air freshener, muggy and no air circulation in the room.
