”Hotel was fine for a night’s stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot.”

”The only that I liked about the hotel was that the bed was comfortable. The rooms had that damp moldy smell to them. The pictures were misleading from the website. They need to update the rooms. The bathroom had dirty tile and there was someone’s fingernail still in the floor. I won’t stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to any friends. The staff were great and friendly tho.”

”Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.”

”We experienced a comfortable and quiet room during our stay. Check in was easy and quick with friendly front desk staff. Breakfast was good and our daughter enjoyed the pool area.”

”The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock...

”Hotel was close to hotel. Room was dated and there was a large gap in the door to the hallway. Checkin was ok. Front desk seemed to just want to get us through as quickly as possible.”

”Pool is near! Kids had a blast! Rooms are cool. Our only issue is that the shower/tub was slippery. My daughter and I both fell. It didn’t even help when we wiped down the floor of the tub with a towel, it was still slippery. Good breakfast, and the employee managing while our stay was very kind and helpful. Made sure all the kiddos got everything they wanted for breakfast.”

”The elevator wobbled, which was unnerving. The bathroom wa just ugly…. But it was clean. No body wash.”

”The room was used by my son and his family (three children 3 and under) and they were very happy with the space. They said the breakfast was good and the two oldest did well on the pullout sofa (the first time they'd ever been so brave!) I never saw it personally, but they said they would definitly stay again.”

”Renovated insides were nice, but there was no night light in bathroom, no coffee pot for the coffee maker. The bistro was not open for dinner...I don't mind not having a free breakfast but it seems cheap to not offer free coffee. The mattresses in our room were so soft and our bodies left huge dents ..not a great sleep sadly.”

”The room was clean, the staff went out of their way to help us with more bedding and towels, the breakfast was good, could have a few more choices, but way better than some other places. The hot tub was hot, which is very good.”
