”First off, they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a kitchen. They did move us to a 2 queen and pull out, but didn't adjust our bill. We had to ask for an extra towel three times, the pool was being renovated and the whole hotel was under major renovations. ”Wonderful experience overall. The presentation of the codes for entry seemed backwards or worded strangely so left me a bit confused but I was able to reach help immediately! I would have liked the entry area to be lit a tad more but I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you!”
