Welcome to Lakeland Getaway, a dream home that is walking distance to boating, fishing, cycling, paddle boarding, hiking and horseback riding at Folsom Lake! This home has indoor and outdoor kitchen facilities that match most 5 star restaurants and can create family memories that can last a lifetime! Only 5 minutes to Grocery shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Old Folsom, Roseville and the freeway, and 30 minutes to the heart of Sacramento, the Sacramento Airport and Old Town Auburn.

We want to give you, your family and your pets the amenities of home with the luxury of a 5 star hotel. Enjoy cooking in our open concept kitchen on a Wolf range, or take advantage of this dream backyard that has a wood fire pizza oven, built in BBQ, outdoor fireplace and outdoor dining!!

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, a coffee bar with Keurig or Coffee Pot and coffee, all the tools to utilize the pizza oven, toaster, dish ware, and much more.

The master Suite features a Sealy posturepedic King mattress, a personal Sauna, a master bath with a soaking tub and a shower with all the spray options you could imagine.

You will have access to the entire house and garage. The only space you will not have access to is the boat garage.

**Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

We are available throughout your entire stay. Guest can get a hold of us via Airbnb app e-mail or cell phone numbers, call or text.

Nestled in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood of Granite Bay, you have private parking for your vehicles and toys and plenty of space to spread out. The home is walking distance to Folsom Lake, 5 minutes from a major grocery store, dining and coffee and a short drive to most major activities and attractions.

We're excited to welcome your four-legged family members and provide a comfortable stay for both you and your pets. We happily accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing up to 65 pounds per stay. Please note that there is a pet fee of $125 per dog, which may not be included in the initial price you see on your preferred booking channel.
It's important to mention that the pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning required due to excessive pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your furry friends.
To ensure a great stay, we kindly request that all visiting dogs are friendly, house trained, and receive regular flea treatment. In the event that you need to leave your dog unattended, we kindly ask that they be secured in a crate to prioritize their comfort.

There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for surveillance.

If you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party we will ask you to leave.

For Guest amount over 6 Adults, there is an air mattress or option to sleep on couch. Extra charges may apply as additional towels, toiletries and sheets are left to accommodate.

This listing does host Dog, and may not be the best fit for those with Allergies.

Our biggest goal is to provide you a comfortable, welcoming and safe place to stay. To protect you, our home and our neighborhood we have to go through some boring rules. We hate that this changes the tone of our listing but because of the actions of a few bad apples we need to go over a few details you need to be aware of.
We love our quiet neighborhood and so do our neighbors and we have Quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM.
No parties allowed. If you throw a party we will ask you to leave and fine you $500.
No smoking of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping allowed. If you smoke on the property or there is smell of it you will be charged additional cleaning fees of up to $250 depending on cleaning needed.
We love dogs and we want you to feel at home with yours. We just don't want to clean up after them. We provide a pooper scooper and waste bags to clean up after your pet. Unfortunately if you leave behind pet waste we have to charge you an additional $125 fee for pet cleaning.
Please let us know of any pet accidents when they occur to avoid any additional cleaning fees or damage costs.

We charge $125 per dog, with limit 2 dogs, under 65 lbs. House trained and MUST be crated when unattended.
Thermostat is set to a comfortable level for your arrival (70 degrees in winter and 72 degrees in summer). Our thermostat has lock out limits set, but if this is not a comfortable level for you within the home please contact us.
Garbage is picked up on Thursdays. Please be aware that if there is no space in the trash can for the guest following your stay, you will have to pay for the cost of additional trash pick up or haul off.
