”Fantastic place all around!”

”This was our first and last time to stay here. Property called to collext payment at 10 am when I chose pay at property. She was very rude. No one was at the desk when we showed up so had to sit and wait. We did get a room close to pool and on first floor thanks to Abraham. Other staff was very rude and dismissive. When asked where breakfast was, I got a grunt and finger point. We thought there was poop in pool and told front desk and when girl finally came in she said it was...

”I thought I was making a reservation at The Colony Hotel, which is an ocean view hotel, but when I arrived, there was a large dumpster blocking the entrance. I called the hotel and was told it’s under renovation an I would be staying at another location across the street. Not ocean view. Had to drive to a nearby store to check into this other hotel. My room was acceptable but bathroom door would not lock properly. Very Disappointing!”

”Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible and rooms are well equipped. As the hotel is in the centre, sounds from the street (especially during the night time) were quite loud (as there are many bars and karaoke places in the neighborhood). Our rooms were on the second floor, we had a hard time sleeping (It is advisable to request for rooms upstairs). In general, the staff members (Reception and Bar/restaurant) very nice and friendly. ”It was very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The fixtures such as lights, bathroom etc are very nice, not cheap. The breakfast is pretty big for a continental, and the waffle lady is super nice and friendly”

”Clean, beautiful room with a vintage feel. Great staff, very attentive. If you have a show to go to they offer a car service to take you there. It’s a 5 minute walk to the theater though so that was nice. Tandem bakery is right next door. You have to get coffee and pastries. Make sure to get a loaded biscuit. ”

” Was a bad continental breakfast as cheap as you can get, bedding was thin and bed not that comfortable. Shower was meh. Staff was very nice and still a cute cozy place to stay. Very simple ”
