”We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. ”

”Overall stay was good. Staff is always friendly. The only issue I have is that the water dries out my skin every time and makes my psoriasis flair up really bad. I didn't use the pool, just the shower. I use this hotel at least once a year. Every time, same result. ”

”I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”

”The room was very clean, but there was black mold around the water spout in the tub. The existing caulk just needed to be redone. The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front...

”Good location. Just a short drive to outlets, restraunts and Mall of America isnt too far either. It's a quiet area and felt safe.”

”Hotel is clean & staffs are welcoming!! My kiddo enjoyed kid pool. Small request if you guys can hang wall clock in pool area in future that would be awesome !!Overall We really had great time.will come Back again !!”

”Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden.”

”Clean room, nice lobby area. Parking is a little tight but they do have a couple of areas so it worked out. Staff is excellent. I forgot my book in my room, I called and they were quick to locate it after I had checked out. Very nice place to stay. ”
