”We enjoyed our stay in this charming home close to everything in the area. Well stocked kitchen with coffee and Tea was nice. Thank you!”

”Wonderful host! The outdoor space is great with the pool and the deck overlooking the water.”

”The was clean and welcoming. The location is good, pretty centralized. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were good at communicating and getting back to us if we had questions. The pool was well kept and we spent most of the time out by the pool.”

”SPECTACULAR!!! The pictures do not capture the brightness and nuance of this home!We were greeted by the host, who gave a great quick tour, and explained the area rules (ie no music outside of the home). Glen left a little welcome basket with some great goodies! The house was stocked beyond expectations and extremely clean. The only thing missing, and this is a stretch, is maybe a throw blanket or two for the living room. That is only because the AC is so efficient, which is much needed with the...

”We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

”When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again.”

”Pros: the location is amazing, it really is only about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and even though its fairly close to a main road we were never bothered by traffic noise. The pool was clean, the backyard is a good size and offered good shade for our 2 dogs. The surf theme extends to every room of the house and offers some interesting history and beautiful photographs. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable.Cons: the air conditioning was NOT capable of cooling the house. When...

”This place is absolutely beautiful. It was an amazing place to stay, so clean, great layout, not near other houses. The check in and out was very simple. The host had great communication, so kind and quick to respond. 10/10 recommend!”

”There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...
