”On arrival at the Hamilton was greeted by five other guests who also found their key codes wouldn't let you in to the property! After calling the number provided on the email we all received we were able to ascertain the code for the door wasn't the same as the one for our rooms, as this wasn't clear on our 1st emails!! This information wasn't given to me until a later email... The room was however clean ish but found the bed was of poor standard, with also to be found the toilet roll holder to...

”Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding...
