This home is a cute, modern home. It has a large fully fenced yard where your pup can run free. Located on a quiet street just minutes from town makes for the perfect place to stay in Grants Pass. It’s fully stocked with everything you’ll need from cooking utensils, to spices, to soaps. It also comes set up with a fire pit and a BBQ for great evening hangouts. Note that it is a duplex only shares a wall, nothing else else is shared. Both units are Airbnb’s. Separate yards and parking.
The space
Comes with a pack and play and a high chair. Great for kids!

Heater wasn’t working-only blanket was on the bed-they did provide one after contacting the host since my friend was using the couch-the bed was very uncomfortable and I could feel the springs-bedding linens were old as well as the kitchen appliances-blinds could use some attention-could see out front from the sides due to the fact they didn’t fit the windows and need to be cleaned-overall the inside was decent and outside was super cute-did not try the hot tub-
The molding in the shower needs to be addressed-either mildew or mold

Adorable home

Perfect 10day stay. Loved the fire pit and the hot tub. Communication with host was very timely. It was wonderful to come home to a quiet house after spending all day at the river. I would recommend and will book again!

Rental Host is 5 stars

We stayed 3 nights. There were limited bath towels (4) hand towels (2) and kitchen towels (0) and no food prep bowls. There were a few frying pans & pots, but no bowls to prepare food. THE HOST WAS EXCEPTIONAL in immediately resolving all our concerns. He had towels delivered & helped us figure out how to use the heater. He even bought a shovel when we requested one to pick up after our dog. The top 2 selling points about this rental is #1 the host and #2 the large grassy fenced yard for our dog. We will be renting this home again.

Simple but Nice

Very clean and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion is to put some money into a decent bed and couch. They were both VERY uncomfortable if you spend more than one night. Everything else was great for the price except maybe the gas grill.

Fantastic little house

Great space, fenced private yard and comfy bed. The bbq didn’t work and the hot tub worked but the breaker was flipped and water was very low when we arrived so took some time to get it rebooted but then was great. Overall we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Small Town Big Rest

This location is so quiet. It is near enough to the major roadways that you can get to shopping or restaurants, yet far enough where noise is at a minimal. The trees kept the property cooler and we could do things outside in the heat. We got to watch the fireworks through a break in the trees. Its great to see the show and not deal with traffic. Bed is super comfy. My only complaint is that I couldnt stay longer! That is on me though. I would definately stay here again.

Cute place! Wish the hot tub had worked

The house was clean and cute and had everything you needed. The bummer was that the jets wouldnt turn on in the hot tub, the water level was below the filters like only half full and the temp was luke warm. Other than that the place was great!
