”Everyone was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Scrambled eggs were hot, bacon was delicious and potatoes were great. Sausage and biscuits also fresh. Room was clean.
Room 414 needs a new bed near the bathroom. Super uncomfortable. Felt the springs.
Otherwise everything was great. ”

”Expedia failed to pay the hotel when I checked in after paying online. This was not in any way the hotels fault and was 100% on Expedia. The hotel staff worked for over an hour to ensure my Expedia made the payment , and was overly accommodating and apologetic for an inconvenience that was never his fault in the first place! Excellent staff and service we will be back ! Thank you 🙏 ”

”We have stayed in Cookeville several times and this was by far the best room we've ever had! Usually Holiday inn Express is too expensive for us but this time for some reason it wasn't. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The kitchen for the breakfast was immaculate. They had a great variety of food. I just can't say enough about this hotel for the money. It's the beds are comfy. It was just great experience and we were there for a funeral so it made it much more enjoyable to have a good...
