”5 star hotel, downtown Grand Forks, located near the late night adult entertainment. Walking distance to establishments, no worries of getting a DD or having to drive. Excellent Hotel, very clean and my first time. Was rather impressed. I didnt know this Hotel was there. Would stay again im the future, no regrets.”

”We loved the location! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Rooms were clean and renovated, and our king bed was very comfortable! We would stay again.”

”It was very humid outside and the hotel kept the main air conditioner on 77. Hallways were horrible and humidity floated into rooms and a/c in rooms could not cool rooms. We found old food on the floor and room was very dusty. I have stayed here years passed and liked it. Too bad. I will never stay here again. Breakfast also appeared to have really gone down hill.”

”We always stay at SpringHill Suites when we come to Grand Forks and have enjoyed our time there. This past visit, there was a problem with the AC. It started leaking in the room, and there was water on the floor next to the bed. Because it was late and they couldn't get anyone to help, they gave me some towels to mop it up. I should have insisted on being moved to a new room, but we waited until the next morning. Luckily, they moved us to a room on the same floor, but they deactivated our room...

”We had a three day stay and never saw the chamber maids. On day two they removed our used towels and never brought new ones. No beds made. Is this normal? None of the coffee or bathroom supplies were ever refilled. We made our own beds, emptied our own garbage into hallway garbage facility and visited the office area to get clean towels. Although the facility was only two floors, we were unaware that there was no elevator when we booked the second floor. Somehow taking full suitcases up...

”The ladies at the front counter were especially helpful, super friendly, and went out of their way to find me something that I had forgot at home that they had in a drawer. The cookies on the front counter were a nice touch. I don’t know who bakes them, but they’re fantastic. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean. We have no complaints. This would be our fourth stay there. The rooms are nice clean need washrooms are clean. No complaints at all. They had a dehumidifier in the room to look...
