Terry was a lovely host and her home is beautiful! Our large family spent the weekend in luxury, and anything and everything we needed was there and available for our use. The views are absolutely stunning. Quiet, so peaceful, and very private. Loved this property and had a fun filled stay!

Woodridge Estate was a dream. This location is stunningly beautiful and perfect for any occasion. Terry was the most amazing host. She answers right away and is so friendly and accommodating. Family wedding.

Our families traveled from Southern California and Idaho to attend a family member’s wedding. We opted to rent this amazing home for our family (3 generations) to stay at. The property is beautiful. A lot of space for everyone. A dream kitchen which we really did not use due to family/wedding activities. And a great family friendly yard and pool/spa. Our only regret is not having an extra day to just appreciate the amenities a bit more. I highly recommend this property. I am most certain it will fit all of your needs.

Perfect for a Leadership Retreat!

My employer hosted a Leadership Retreat at this property and it couldn't have been any more perfect! Unfortunately we had to change dates and the owner, Terry, was very responsive and accommodating. We did some team building activities which included a Build A Bike event and she allowed us to use the garage. We were able to meet in the theatre room to project presentations, at the kitchen table and around the fire in the family room. My CEO kept saying how much he loved the house and how comfortable and warn it was. Everything worked well and the home was clean and comfortable. We had a productive and FUN retreat. We hope to come back soon. Thank you so much Terry!

Relaxing

We loved Teresa's space for our staff retreat! There are so many spots on this property to sit, relax and enjoy conversation. The view was stunning- so was the cleanliness of the home. While this is certainly a luxury property, it did not lack the warmth of a home. I felt good knowing Teresa was close by and she was so helpfully communicative leading up to our stay! Would recommend this listing and most certainly would stay again given the opportunity.

Fabulous house for families

We have a yearly family reunion with upwards of 18 of us coming. This beautiful house met all our needs and then some. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and the putting green was a surprise hit for the fellas. After dinner the pool table was very popular. The owner was so nice and helpful when we had questions. All in all it was one of our best trips!

Boys Golf Weekend

This was a perfect house for a perfect boys golf weekend / reunion! Theresa made us feel right at home and had everything we needed to have a great relaxing weekend poolside! We were allowed early access to chill our food before we hit the links that was very helpful! I would recommend this house for a group that wants to be secluded from the hustle and bustle but dose not want to travel all the way to Tahoe to have that mountain get away feeling!

5 star home with breathtaking views!

There is not one bad thing I can say about this home and the property. Every detail is perfect and it just feels like home! A VERY NICE home!! Teresa was a gem and we so enjoyed meeting and visiting with her. The home is well laid out with a magnificent master suite. Pool is lovely and spacious. Pool table and putting green a bonus!! TONS to do!! Walks down the road and exploring wildlife! Whitney & Puff were the icing on the cake! Outdoor house cats but are not bothersome in any way. Whitney and I bonded! Home is clean to a T!! Kitchen has everything you could imagine. We celebrated our first trip after my husband retired and all of our kids and grands were with us. We made some really great memories and I am positive we could not have chosen a better place to enjoy our time together!! CANNOT wait to go back and we definitely will. You will not be disappointed!! 6 stars!! Thank you Teresa!

Great family getaway

We had four families united for the holidays, and this house was a great spot. Lots of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable vibes. The room upstairs was a good spot for fitting many kids. The pool table off the kitchen and the great room were great spaces for hanging out. Nice high ceilings made the space feel open. The hot tub was wonderful, and we had lots to do in the winter even with lots of rain. Much of the decoration was religious in nature, so heads up that that’s part of the vibe. We would definitely return for a family trip.

Beautiful property

First off, Terry is wonderful and was extremely accommodating in our time of need since the other well known home sharing site canceled on us two days prior to our planned stay in a different property. Thankfully Terry helped and allowed us to host our gathering without any time missed. This house was great! The space was perfect for a large gathering. The pool was incredible as was the deceptive and challenging putting green. The house was well stocked with pans, cutlery, coffee cups. The basic things you’d use for a weekend. The outdoor grill worked great and was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the theater room was great as well. The house was also well stocked with bath & pool towels, hair and body soaps, paper towels and toilet paper. There are stunning views fro every room in the house. One thing to note, there are two cats that hang around the property outside. One of them is very friendly and wants to lounge on or around you if you’re outside and the other minds their business. The owner did come over in the morning and in the evening to let the cats in and out of their cages where they sleep. I wasn’t aware that she would be stopping in in the morning and the night but it was fine since I guess we were a very last minute booking and didn’t get too much time to discuss details. I felt we were free to do as we pleased and I didn’t feel like we were “in trouble” for playing music or games outside when she came by at night to put the cats away. I would stay here again and our friends and family had a great time. Thank you again Terry!

Best weekend ever

We had the pleasure of staying at Terry’s property this past weekend, and it was absolutely a weekend we will never forget! We had the time of our lives! Our family commented multiple times on how amazing the house and the grounds were. And Terry couldn’t be sweeter! She is the best!
