1. Relais Villa Olmo

Impruneta

”The accommodation is beautiful and very charming – after all, you are in Tuscany! However, the price feels a bit high considering the wide range of options available, with stunning villas and beautiful pools. That said, if you’re coming from Florence, you can take a local bus straight to the Villa for only €1.70, which makes it a convenient option. The pool bar is nice, as you can order lunch there if you wish (though there are plenty of more affordable options in the area). The wine tasting...

2. Fattoria il Milione Agriturismo

Florence

”The environment was nice and peaceful. Unfortunately can't say the same about the room. The bed stinked and the bedroom was chilly at night, even that it was summer and you were not able to adjust the airconditioning to change the temperature. TV remote didn't work, so no tv. Probably had run out of batteries. About the bathroom - there was no toilet paper holder and they were up by the window. The shower was small and one of the glass doors was really loose and about the fall off. Also there...

3. Residence Il Connubio

Impruneta

”We were promised a room with valley view but got a room with town view and it couldn't be changed. Also the listing on Expedia mentions a kitchenette which is not accurate as the rooms do not have that. We were offered to free of charge be upgraded to an apartment after the first night, but we decided to just stick with the room. In the end the room was very nice, the windows soundproof so we didn't hear the church bells at all, nor the traffic. Great stay in the end!”

”Perfect stay. Everything was perfect. The room was great with a beautiful view. Nemi at the front desk was amazing. So helpful and kind. She took the time to recommend nice restaurants and sites to see. The room was perfectly clean. They gave us a bottle of champagne and water. Even the coffee from the machine in the room was delicious. My only complaint is that we were only able to spend 1 night there. I wish we could have booked for our entire time in Florence. It was the nicest hotel we...

Barberino Val d'Elsa

”The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!”
