”This is not a hotel. You should enter the room directly and there is no services like cleaning etc. the rooms are cleaned before arrival but they’re outdated, things are broken etc. the common areas are not neat not clean, everything looks a bit run-down. ”

”We had a very nice time here. The property was well kept, loved the hammocks, used the paddle boards and pool. Bed was very comfortable and room was cold. The restaurant had great drinks and a friendly staff. Would defiantly stay here again.”

”Yes, it was a wonderful experience. The location was not the best behind a Publix and the staff was terrible and you can’t fish off the boats. There’s no cleaning products and nothing was cleaned during our four days day. Otherwise it was great. We had a great time a light broken screen came off stuff like that but otherwise yeah, we had a great time, but I think they could be more friendly and they can allow you to fish off the house but they could help you with the kayaks and not be rude I...

”The pool is beautiful and rooms are cute and clean. Conveniently located by everything we wanted to do…sombrero beach, Turtle rescue hospital, brass monkey, dockside etc”

”The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. ”

”2 of our 5 days no one came by to clean the room. On day 2, we ran out of cups...on day 3 we ran out of towels. Very noisy....kids running up and down wooden walkway late into the night. Ridiculous amount of hidden fees and taxes ...over $100 per night. The parking fee alone was $30 per night, and we self parked the car! Far better values and attention to detail at other similar resorts in the Keyes.”

”Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

”Great deal for the Keys. The place was clean but dated. Would absolutely stay here again. Added bonus is that it is right behind a convenience store with Dunkin Donuts.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the family suite. Check-in process was a breeze. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, no off odors, beds were comfortable, plenty of space to move around and specially for the kiddos to play. I really enjoyed the balcony area. Although we had access to a kitchenette (with a full size fridge) I didn’t get to use it, but if I would’ve stayed longer I would have definitely taken advantage of it. A restaurant is accessible by a short walk...

”We wanted to check out the sea turtle hospital and decided to stay the night. We were able to check into our room and take a less than 5 minute walk over to the hospital for our tour! The grounds are well kept. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, swimming lagoon and had a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony room. We will be coming back!”
